I would give ten stars if I could! I was fortunate enough to have found Vince and Stacy here on Unilocal.Our whole experience from coming to their show room to getting our Cal King bed frame and mattress delivered and set up was wonderful. They were both very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made sure that all of our needs were met. After being disappointed with the quality and styles of the beds we saw at living spaces and Ashley furniture, we were hesitant to purchase a bed that we couldn’t see in person. Vince and Stacy went out of their way to make sure that we were able to see the bed that we were going to purchase. Whenever we planned to meet, they were on time or early which, with our busy schedules, we greatly appreciated. Once I placed our order, our furniture was delivered just three days later. Vince and Stacy even delivered it themselves, to accommodate our evening availability. Thy were so sweet with our daughters and even gave them teddy bears before leaving. Our girls were over the moon! We are extremely happy with the quality of our mattress and bed frame, the great pricing, and the above and beyond customer service that Vince and Stacy offered us. We will definitely be referring all of our friends to Slumber N Serenity!

Firstly these people are the nicest people ever. My husband and I went through 3 matresses before finding the perfect one. Vince and Stacy are so incredible that you feel part of the family. Best prices in town! We love you guys

I stumbled across Vince and Stacey’s ad on Craigslist and gave them a call. Right from the start, just over the phone they were very kind and humble. I’ve never met a couple so genuine and so honest. I’d honestly recommend them to my friends and family. Not only did they sell me a great memory foam mattress they also handed their friendship. :) great experience ! If I ever need furniture. I kno where to run!!!

First, I make it a point to shop small business because it has an enormously positive impact on the stability of the economy. With that in mind, this small business rocks!
I was referred to Vince and Stacy by a coworker and I was so pleased with my experience. Vince is for one personable, and knows his stuff when it comes to buying a mattress. He walked me through all the differences between mattresses helped me find one that was literally perfect. He offers pillow top, memory foam, firms spring, hybrids and everything in between. I got my hybrid memory foam/​pillow top/​organic cotton mattress at a fourth of the price I’ve seen it sold elsewhere!
Vince made the delivery happen same day, and even recommended places for the best price on frame to ensure I got the most for my money. Hum, awesome! Character and integrity like this couple have goes so far with responsible buyers like me.
Needless to say, I LOVE my mattress. And I now make everyone I know go through them when shopping all things sleep!

Stacy and Vince not only offer competitive honest pricing and great service, they offer generous education and an excellent buying experience. We have been looking for a queen black sleigh bed and found Slumber n Sleep here on Unilocal.I recommend calling before hand like we did to ensure the quality of time and attention needed to address everything. I was about to move in to a new apartment in Hermosa Beach back in July when I asked my good friend, a yoga teacher, if she could tell me where she bought her new mattress. That’s when she put me in touch with Vince and Stacy of Slumber and Serenity. I asked her because she just bought a queen size organic cotton mattress with a memory foam topper that she was raving about. And she heard about Vince and Stacy from other yogis. And Vince and Stacy are yogis as well.
I’d been researching how to buy a mattress on the web, including Consumer Reports. Based on that research I’d started to plan on haggling over the price like buying a used car. But my experience was nothing like that! About as simple as can be.
We arranged a date to go their «showroom» in an office park in Anaheim. And I think it was early on a Saturday morning, and there about a half dozen mattresses set up to test drive and some other bedroom furniture. No rush. Before trying any Vince told me about the construction of each of the mattresses and their «feel» (stiff, medium, soft). And he filled me in on the comparative pricing. I told him that I wanted to spend fifteen minutes on each of my final two choices, and he just let me be. I wound up getting the memory foam pillow top — European style and Vince explained to me that this pillow top was layered on top before the mattress was sewn shut. So there isn’t that separation between the pillow top and the mattress. Also told me that it would be about 30 days before it was broken in and if there were any questions or problems, to call, email, or text.
Not unexpectedly, delivery was hassle free, working with my schedule.
My twenty something son spent a few days with me and after zoning out after working the graveyard shift he raved about how great the bed was. I totally agree.

I am so glad my husband & I found this place! Everything about Slumber n Serenity is seriously amazing. From great prices, to super comfortable mattresses, to great customer service. Vince & Stacy are so sweet, kind, down to earth & really show that they care about their customers. They were so welcoming from the second we walked in & made us feel immediately comfortable. Vince & Stacy showed us diff options & explained about each mattress & did not pressure us to purchase right then & there, like many places do. But that’s the thing, there’s no need for pressure bc it’s honestly the best place for your mattress needs!!! We purchased our bed & mattress from them. The delivery & set up went smoothly & quickly. We had been sleeping on an air mattress so oh my goodness best sleep ever after the set came in haha I definitely recommend this place! :)

I loved how he spent the time to really help me pick out the right one for me. I didnt feel rushed or even pressured to buy !! which is rare!

Let me start with with Vince and Stacy– they’re THE most genuine and down to earth people I’ve come across in a long time.
I saw their advertisements on some bedroom sets and called and spoke to Vince– he explained some details about how easy the financing was, which for me, moving to my own place and The stress of costs has been giving me anxiety! I don’t have the best credit and Stacy and Vince made it so possible.
I scheduled an appointment, went in the next day and Stacy and Vince were so extremely helpful and REALISTIC. After going to so many places that want the sale and don’t care what kind of position it puts you in, Vince and Stacy were so helpful in picking out what was best for my price range.
The PRICES are amazing. Once again, I’ve been shopping everywhere. Vince explained so thoroughly about the quality and because he puts the frames together he explained the foundation. He told me the difference of particle wood vs. solid which I didn’t know too much about.
They buy the overstock from other companies and are able to give out amazing more than competitive pricing.
My overall experience left me leaving so happy and actually excited to buy because I ended up spending a fraction of what I was planning to initially. I really can’t thank Vince and Stacy enough for their help, patience, and truly caring about the quality of the furniture and even more the happiness of their customers.
I would recommend buying furniture and mattresses from them versus any one else.

I found this place on craigslist, I’m always a little skeptical when I find places on craigslist so my expectations were very low. I am happy to say that Craigslist finally did not let me down.
I was in need of a mattress for my mother and I had already been to several other mattress stores that were very pushy, and would try to show me their most expensive mattresses and then proceed to let me know why the mattresses that I was interested in were «no good» as soon as they asked where I live.
This store didn’t care where I live they did not even ask until it was time to get the delivery address. They were not pushy, they did not try to up sell me, the store is clean, and most of all they were very informative on the differences in mattresses.
A bonus for me is that this place is ran by a husband wife team, and both of them were very nice!
I would recommend anyone who wants a painless and affordable mattress buying experience to give these people a call.

Well what can I say but wonderful things about Vince and Stacy. I recently bought a bedroom set from them and my experience was amazing. I have yet to receive my bedroom set because I have to clear out my room, but just on the service level I received from them I had to recommend. Once I receive my product I will do a full review but, as of right now my review is for their level of customer service and how they are true professionals. Found them on Craigslist and I am happy I did. I saw my bedroom set in their Warehouse and instantly fell in love. Vince worked so hard to get me a great price and I am so happy with my purchase. Can’t wait to sleep in my new bed! Thank you Vince and Stacy you guys are totally awesome! Just told my best friend and the next time she is in OC, we are coming to see you!!!

I got a groupon deal for Slumber N Serenity, that’s how I found out about this hidden gem! We searched all over OC for bedroom furniture. There were «good deals» but it was terrible quality furniture (and still not as good a deal as we got through SnS).
Vince and Stacey were incredible. I am very OCD so I probably drove them crazy with all my phone calls and questions but you wouldn’t know it because they were always so nice and accommodating!
All my furniture came in on time, as scheduled and PERFECT! We spent at least $ 3000 LESS than we would have anywhere else for the quality of mattress and furniture we got. Real wood, none of that cheap stuff and everything (except the bed) came already assembled so there were no ‘impossible to understand’ directions to frustrate you!
No complaints here! I tell anyone who will listen to check out their inventory before going anywhere else! Thanks Vince & Stacey, we still love our furniture!
