Prime Carpet Care

this is the 2^nd time Felix cleans our carpets and grout. he is very punctual courteous and works very through ou and efficient! My husband and I highly recommend him. with another baby on the way any day now he was able to meet our tight schedule needs.

I never give 5 or the top score, so if I could my rating really is 4.75!
Felix arrived at my house at 7:50am for an 8am appointment
He did my living room/​dinning room, den, hallway and one bedroom
I could not and can not believe how my carpets look, fantastic, great
I am so pleased with Felix and the service that was done today on my carpets
Felix was finished around 9:15, it is a little after 3pm and the carpets are 95% dry
I will be using Felix for all my carpet needs and passing his information on to family and friends!

We had the carpets cleaned by Felix who says he owns the company. He said another job was cancelled and he could move us up earlier in the day, but then it took twice as long as he said it would take for him to arrive. Then after he had surveyed the job and we had a deal on price, it took twice as long as he quoted to finished the job. We took advantage of the $ 150 for $ 100 deal and he did three rooms and we ran the ceiling fans for two days after to for complete drying. After a week my GF indicates that the carpet had the same odor as b4 the job was done. Felix mentioned that he was interested in more business and when I invited him to attend a free breakfast to meet other professionals who would give referrals he agreed, but then didn’t bother to show up or even call or text me back. I got through to someone else with Prime Carpet Care who texted that Felix would be reminded to get back to me, but he did not.
Average carpet cleaning, but very poor follow up for this company.
Not recommended. We will not call this company again.

Awesome job at a great price. We will definitely use this company again and will tell our family and friends they are the best!

Felix did a awesome job on our carpets. He showed up on time was super professional and didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of different treatments. I will be using Felix to clean my carpets in the future and would defiantly recommend Felix to friends and family.

Felix helped us with our hospice patient’s house carpet problem. Did a very good job and our patient’s family was very happy! Thanks, Felix! Will definitely recommend this company’s services to anyone. :)

Felix was referred to me by my son-​in-​law. He did his home in San Dimas and said he did a great job on his carpet and furniture. We made an appointment for him to come out. He was punctual and brought his son to learn the business. They did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and conscientious. They are very reliable and would refer them without hesitation.
