This used to be my favorite Baskin Robbins location of all time. They had fresh cakes and the best ice cream.
Now it is a shell of its former self. My cake was terribly made and did not resemble the cake that I had ordered. It looks like no time was spent on it. I have yet to eat the cake yet. I’m hoping that it tastes better than it looks.

Called to ask about a cake, wanted a cake with grayish frosting to make it look like a skate board park, the Max answered my phone call was extremely helpful, I felt bad at the end because he was asking and making phone calls to help me, put him through a lot of trouble I was making him go through as he was doing his best to find out if they could do what I wanted. rarely do you go get above and beyond service, really appreciate all the help that was given to me, 6 stars for customer service.

Luckily not all Baskin Robbins are created equal
I was legitimately impressed by this place. I don’t go to BR locations that often and when I do it usually leads to yellow star review. This location was a very pleasant surprise.
The two employees were both friendly and helpful. And I don’t use those two words as arbitrary positive word pairings. They were both friendly to us (welcome! How are you? Any questions? — that type of thing) and when I couldn’t find what I was looking for, one of them offered to go look in the back and brought it out. Actually friendly and helpful. It’s good to know there’s actually one nice BR location in the area that is worthy of a repeat visit.

My all time favorite ice cream place!
When you walk into the place it seems pretty small and there are only a few tables but the people are very friendly and they always have very delicious flavors.
They always have the one that my boyfriend is not allergic to as well which is very nice that he can enjoy the outting with his mother and myself.
We have gone so many times that already they know what my boyfriend will order (there is only one that he can have sadly) I just wish there was a few more of this non dairy iced treat that he could eat.
It’s always nice how friendly the people are and how they greeted us every time we walk in. They even notice when we missed a Tuesday (we Normally come in every Tuesday)
Fun every time we do go! And it’s always nice when we see the decorated cakes in the glass display case. They all always look very delicious!!!

Lousy service. If you’re going to make someone wait 10 minutes to pay because you’ve messed up someone else’s order, don’t let my ice cream sit there and melt.

Baskin robins is so bs! Join lot club for your free birthday icecream. They will totally not even let you use it unless it’s printed. Most people now in days do not have printers with the world being digital. My coupon expires today and obviously you can not use it once it expires but yet the mean lady would still not let me use it. She basically told me that I need to pay to have it printed then can use it. Wtf the icecream would be cheaper. Such crap. They need to get it together and realize people live in a digital world and if you are going to offer birthday perks don’t be so rude and limiting.

This is a very simple ice cream place. You basically go in order they give you your ice cream you pay and you are out of the door. Well this Baskin Robbins does all of those steps right. They have fast and friendly service and really good ice cream. Really good place definitely come here.

This is the best Baskin-​Robbins around. The owner Sue and her staff are outstanding. Always quick and prompt service. The quality of the ice cream is much better than other locations. Also the quantities seem to be larger.

every tuesday, they run a ice cream special. it’s $ 1.29 for a kid scoop of ice cream. nothing takes my back to being a kid and having a ton of flavors to taste. this place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. their ice cream tastes very fresh… i’ve been to ice cream places where when you order something that has nuts in it, the nut taste stale. not the case here, as the almond pistachio was both creamy and crunchy :))))

I needed an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. Lin made it so easy to get what I needed. Even though there was no Minecraft option in the book I was able to send her a picture and she did it for me. It turned out great. My son was thrilled. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Very accommodating in taking last minute orders for cakes. I ordered a birthday cake on a Friday afternoon and asked for it to be ready the next day at 2pm. It was done and it was beautiful. All of my guests loved it. I will definitely return to THIS Baskin Robbins.

I was torn to give it a 3 or 4 stars… the ice cream is always delicious, but it’s pricey if you don’t go on tuesday or special offer days. The kids working the counters are always nice and friendly

I would come to this one anyday than the one on Weir Canyon! Weir Canyon needs to take some lessons from this location! Their spot on with having the usual flavors and not running out! Pretty okay customer service :) I can’t complain because they always have my favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough! ^_^

I love Ice Cream!
Great spot to pick up ice cream instead of the international market. I come here on occasion and the staff is always friendly. Parking is not so bad either. One thing that really stands out is if you have a grocery cart of food from next door, they seem to get you in and out really quick. I am a fan of pretty much all ice cream, but the service here makes it worth writing a review for.

I love this Baskin Robbins! There is another one that is close by but this one is way better. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly and the owner scoops the ice cream herself as well. They always remember us and take interest in what we are up to lately. Great place for a double scoop — peanut butter and chocolate and mint chip. :)

Everyone knows about the Baskin Robbins franchise and their ice cream. So a review on their products probably won’t shed any light on what we already know. But I will comment on this particular store itself: Excellent service and kind, helpful staff. They even took my (unusual) telephone request to deliver my ice cream purchase to a nearby friend, which is something I know they normally don’t do. I’m so grateful that they made that exception for me.
By the way, I’m not sure if the number on this listing is accurate (although the address is). The number I used was (714) 693‑0745, which is the number listed on the BR website.
