We ordered chicken parmigiana, antipasto salad, bread, and sub-​sandwiches for delivery. First, it was late by 30 minutes and Lascari’s is literally right around the corner from my house. The food was mediocre at best and the bread was so hard the you couldn’t bite it, I tried a steak knife on it and still had trouble! I called them to let them know we were dissatisfied with the quality of the food for paying $ 105 for it and today when I checked my bank… they had added themselves an $ 80 tip! So now it’s almost a $ 200 meal. I’ve reported them to my bank so beware of ordering delivery from here!

The food is usually good, but we had an awful experience with their catering service recently. The driver showed up with the food an hour and a half late… The lasagna was so runny, it looked like soup. The bread was borderline burnt (some of the edges actually were burnt). Due to the late timing, our luncheon for work was ruined. Mind you, this was ordered days in advanced. They gave us an arrival time the morning of, which was no problem, until they didn’t deliver… Not even a phone call to give us a heads up that they were running severely behind. The only reason I gave this many stars is because their food has been tasty in past experiences.
