I don’t usually give to many reviews and sadly it’s usually when I’ve had a bad experience but I have to say Greg at Glass Doctor is great. He does high quality work and for as long as he’s in business he’ll be my guy for all my glass needs from rock chips to window replacement at home.

We had our windshield replaced in our RV in California and it very soon developed a leak driving it in the rain. I called a number of glass shops over the past month and have been disappointed with what I heard. The most common response was ‘we can fix it, but it may crack your windshield and we can’t be held liable.’ When I spoke with the Glass Doctor, they offered a simple solution. They could reseal the windshield without removing it. As I learned, when a RV windshield is replaced depending on the shop sometimes they do not do a good job sealing the windshield. In our case, ours was replaced in the desert in California and the shop probably did not even think about the impact from rain. We arrived a few minutes late to our appointment, but the tech came out evaluated our concern and applied a thick layer of sealant. He indicated we would never need to replace the sealant unless we replaced the windshield again. The total cost for this repair, $ 45. I called half-dozen shops all of them offered crazy difficult solutions, but the Glass Doctor team offered a simple solution to what seemed like a simple problem. Thanks! These are top-notch folks who know windows.

Outstanding service at a great price. Needed windshield replacement. I called Diamond Glass first and then called Glass Doctor to compare prices. Glass Doctor was cheaper and the guy did it mobile(at my work) at no extra charge whereas Diamond would have charged $ 5 extra. I called at 9am from work and they arrived in the parking lot to replace the windshield at noon. By 1pm the work was done. The best was Diamond said they thought I needed a moulding for $ 45. Glass Doctor said the moulding was $ 12, and then they offered to throw it in for free. Windshield replacement was $ 15 less than Glass Doctor, ignoring the moulding, which ultimately I didn’t need. They will do chip repair for free for the lifetime of the windshield.
