The guy wouldn’t stop laughing, at first it was kinda funny. I literally asked if he was stoned… But then it concerned me when he wouldn’t stop, as to if they put something in the food or if they were laughing at me for some unknown reason. It made me very uncomfortable. A majority of the sodas didn’t work, no tea was available, chip selection was poor, overall just not very inviting. They had a elderly couple waiting for a few minutes running back and fourth from the front to the back. Very unprofessional.

Service is great but I made the mistake of coming on a Sunday. You would think they were giving away sandwiches for free! I waited in line for 15 minutes!

Haha, another fast food chain I review cause of my family. It’s ok, they’re not much different than other Subways. I guess ALL Subways are charging extra to toast now. At least, my family was charged. Disturbing.

We stopped by here for a quick bite before heading to the vineyards. The lady that made our sandwich did a great job and was friendly. This perhaps could be due to the fact that we were the only ones in the store. I tried the broccoli and cheese soup and had the veggie delight where as my husband had the chicken teriyaki. We were both satisfied. They didn’t charge is extra for toasting our bread and the good was just like any other standard subway. All in all, it was a good experience and we were happy to load up on some bread before hitting the wine.

Decent service and everyone falls in-line like trained puppies. They seem to meet the demands of rush hour, as I have been here more than a few times on different occasions. Always seems to keep stocked and inventory seems to be fresh enough. Only complaint is when the employees yell to or at each other during a rush hour like lunch time 12−2pm. The laid back crew seems to lose harmony when the money comes in.

Can I give negative. This place is gross. Dirty and gross. Never will I come here to eat again. All the build up of nasty crusty gross stuff on the inside of the glass where they keep the veggies. I don’t even want to know what the rest of the place looks like. Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Gross!!! Save your time and money. Shrek and Fiona work here and have made my eating experience at this subway horrible. Their appearance will completely catch you off guard. You may lose your appetite and reconsider. The prices are higher than a normal subway and the associates are sloppy while making the food switching back and forth with each other when making the sandwiches and and talking/whispering to each other in front of customers about the customers. Like seriously??? Don’t waste your time.

DONTEATHERE,!! It’s against Subway policy to charge for toasting sandwiches, yet they sneak a $.75 charge! There is no signage or verbal warning… they just add $.75 to put your sandwich in a toaster oven. If you call them on this, you will be ridiculed and called cheap. Speaking from experience. We don’t need to support businesses like this. Btw– I believe both subways are owned by the same people. I haven’t had the toasting charge anywhere else in the Bay Area. So sneaky and underhanded. Please don’t support these businesses.

I went to this store after a long day at six flags. I got to the guy to order 5 sandwiches and he was so rude. He rolled his eyes and was pulling the paper onto counter and slamming them down on counter. He then proceeded to turn around and ignore me and mess with the bread in warmer. 5 minutes later he then turns around and asks what kind of bread? I was already embarrassed by his rudeness. The customer ahead of us had a shocked look on his face. I told him never mind I will take by business elsewhere. I proceeded to walk out and a family of four were coming in. good luck with the customer service here. I will never go there again. I will go to a subway that will be happy to make my sandwiches. U don’t like making them find another job!!!

Updating the review and adding 1 star more because of customer service. Okay, so even after my first visit I continued to be a patron because of how close this establishment is to our neighborhood. I mean super close. like 3 minutes close. With that said, I’ve been coming more or less once or twice every month(once again convenience). Yes, the indian lady is still there… BUT, my feelings toward her are changed. Now folks, when you are a regular patron at any establishment and the employees recognize you, know your usual order and even make small talk, doesn’t that just make them one-up in your book? yep. Customer service toward me is a lot better now than the previous times. This lady know’s my usual sandwiches. And so, for just that small effort I am giving them 1 more star. But the sandwiches are still a little sloppy at times… But like I said, at least service is a little better now. Obviously I will still continue to be a regular patron because they are so close to home.

So, like many others have posted, I have been to many SUBWAY locations all over the bay area. I have had better service at other SUBWAY locations along besides American Canyon, with better food quality. I have found that the two SUBWAY’S in American Canyon are owned by the same person or group. So, I do not know if it’s a company policy or just bad employees. I think it’s both; the meat quality is terrible and stacking up the veggies to fill up the bread sucks.

Eh, it’s a Subway. Another one at that. Sure, I’ve have better experiences at various locations but really… no two sammiches are ever made the same. Each«sandwich artist» has their own style so I don’t have any expectation as to looks or sloppyness of a sammich. I’ll continue to visit this location when I’m in town…

It would be great if they posted that breakfast stops at 11am. I was sure the commercials said that breakfast was served all day.

I’m not a stranger to Subway Sandwiches. I’ve been patronizing Subway franchises since my first job; a time when I could barely afford it… Way back when the only bread choices were white or wheat… This particular location, although centrally located in the American Canyon«Pleasantville» Universe… took me by surprise. I placed my order in plain and clear English, «Flat bread, with salami and provolone». «What kind of cheese do you want with that?», the sandwich-maker asks. I take a long pause and then repeat again. this time, with feeling, «PRO-VAH-LOWN»…
