Eye Care Center of Napa Valley

This review is about the EXCELLENT service I received by Dr. Amy Moussa and all of the staff. My experience all around was great-​from the front desk to picking out my glasses. The receptionist was sweet and professional, Dr. Amy was funny and fun (we shared a lot of parenting stories) and the lady who helped me pick out my new glasses was just pleasant all around. I will continue to support this local branch and I definitely will refer them to everyone in town.

Just started coming here in February. Got Dr. Zarzana. She was very professional and somewhat reserved at first. During the exam and after, she went above and beyond in explaining to me what my eyes were doing and why they were doing it. Even went as far as to draw a diagram of what my eyes were doing. For me (never really interested in learning about the eye), what an eye opener! I really appreciated that she took the time to ‘dumb’ down the science of the eye for me. And when I told them that I wanted to keep my current frames and just get the new prescription she prescribed, they didn’t try to sell me on anything else. In addition, this office is in AC, close to home. Just a heads up for those of you looking for a new office, don’t be fooled by the outside. Looks like a small place from the outside residing in an outside ‘strip mall’ but as soon as you walk in,… very roomy, clean and professional atmosphere. The office staff are very friendly.
