Rude!!! I’m not sure if this store keeps up with their reviews, or even reads them, but I sure hope they do. The worst customer service at the window! Not sure of her name, but she is a bigger older lady. When I dropped off my prescription I was inside and while waiting I hear her bashing another women at the window that is dropping off a script. After dropping of my script I was told to come back after 4. I received the reminder call and went back at 4:45. After waiting in ten longest, slowest moving line ever. I finally get to speak to «customer service representative» of the year. The lady was snippy, and unprofessional the entire time. She said, «ummmm ma’am your prescription is not ready, you will have to come back.» I told her it should be ready… She said well, it’s not so go ahead and drive ALL the way around the building and come back. I looked behind me and there were 6 cars in my lane and 5 in the other. I said so you want to me wait in that line again because yall messed up? She said yes or just come in. The entire time she had a snug look on her face like I was wasting her time. All a while she was wasting mine! Not only did I wait ¹¹⁄₂ for the script but I waited 30 minutes in her slow moving line! The way she treated me and others is means for immediate termination! I work in the medical field and this wouldn’t last a minute! Worst place ever and I will tell ALL my patients to NEVER go here!

The staff is friendly, but the pharmacy part is not real efficient. They have a drive thru pharmacy as well as walk up and after 5pm you are waiting 30 or more minutes to get your prescription. The food is expensive but you can sometimes find good deals on clearance items. 4 out of 5 because their friendliness makes up a little for the inefficiency.
