KFC

We went through the drive thru at 5pm. They only had 12 pieces of extra crispy. No potato wedges.
The guy taking our order was rude.
At 5pm, one would think you could get fresh chicken and potato wedges… fresh!
Got our meal back home and the 12 piece bucket contained: 2 breast, 2 thighs and the rest was wings… the extra crispy chicken was burnt.
Someone seriously needs to hire better managers. Glad I don’t live in Alvin, Pearlands KFC is much better!!!

One of the most truly remarkable things about living in this town is having a Kentucky Fried Chicken with an all you can eat buffet. Especially considering it is only $ 7.99 and includes the drink. I love their chicken, and usually they have the Grilled, Crispy, and Original styles all available. Along with mashed potatoes, cream and brown gravy, corn, green beans, fried okra, livers and gizzards, and if you are fortunate (which is very seldom), Chicken Fried Steaks and Chicken Strips. They have a small salad bar with their famous cole slaw, couple of fruits, puddings and jellos. Unfortunately, one thing we have noticed, it seems that every time we go into this restaurant, it seems to slide further downhill.
My wife and I went into this restaurant and ordered two buffets. To my surprise, when we got to buffet, there was no chicken available. The mashed potatoes were also empty. It took three people to complain (me and two others who were not even part of our party) before chicken was even brought out. Just before it was brought out, a lady in a red shirt and a black skirt (who was apparently a manager) was asked about chicken on the buffet, to which she said, «They need chicken?» and laughed. She then came out from around the prep area and sat down in a corner in the dining room, pulled out her cellphone, and talked on the cellphone for the next 45 minutes. It must have been a great conversation from the laughing coming from her corner.
While a nice amount of original style (one being a breast) and grilled chicken (with two being breasts) was placed on the buffet, there were only 7 pieces of crispy chicken (5 legs, 1 thigh and 1 breast) made available. With 9 people eating the buffet in the dining room, this lasted an entire 3 minutes before it was out again, NEVER to be refilled during the rest of our dining time. My wife only eats crispy style white meat, and I got to the buffet line just in time to grab her the breast, but nothing else was available. So, for her, we paid almost $ 9 for one piece of chicken, mashed potatoes and fried okra.
During the manager’s 45 minute phone call in the corner, she sat staring at one of the three overflowing trashcans in the facility. There was trash and food all over the floor. In the dining room, there was a family of 5, two tables with two gentlemen each, and my wife and I. Four tables occupied, two take out orders, two drive-​thru orders in the hour I was in here, and the dining room was a mess, and the buffet empty. There was no excuse for these issues, except for laziness of 3 employees and very talkative manager. I will say that at one point, one of the girls came out and wiped off the tables in the dining room, but nothing was ever done about the trash on the floor or the overflowing trashcans.
We left completely shocked over the downhill spiral of this facility.
