Jim in plumbing is awesome. I own apartments and buy a lot of plumbing materials. If I have a question Jim always has the answer due to his previous plumbing experience. Very unusual in today’s market.

The customer service at this store is some of the best I’ve seen. When our blinds came in some were the wrong size so the STORE MANAGER came out with his assistant manager to apologize and retrieve them. Very impressed with this kind of customer service that went above and beyond!

We hired Home Depot in Alvin, Texas do to a tile job at our house. First, they were not able to follow instructions, second they did a poor quality job! They say they are going to do the job and not show up! Do I recommend this company to anyone else? Absolutely not! They have interfered with the sale of our house!
