Taco Bell

This place is hit or miss. I guess it depends who is working and how busy they are. The service is always great and they are always polite but getting your order correct is another story. I’ve gotten the wrong food multiple times. Also the food always varies, one day the burritos and tacos are great the and next day they are tiny with no meat.
Recently I was in the drive thru around 6pm so it was a little busy. The car in front of me was having issues with their order because I saw the cashier hand them 5 different food bags then the customer handed them back. This exchange happened a few times before finally a different employee interfered and handed them 2 bags that were correct, i assume they were, and the customer proceeded to drive off. I’m no math expert but I know for a fact some of those bags of food that went into the person’s car in front of me most definitely contained my food. This means the car in front of me opened my food, realized it wasn’t theirs and gave it back to the cashier. That also meant the cashier was going to hand me that exact food when i pulled up. I was grossed out. I didn’t even stop at the window.
