She does a great job. The place is hygienic and neat.
Lady is very professional and treats clients with respect. I got my eyebrows done several times. She is quick and her method is painless.
I would like to try more of her services. The wait time is sometimes alot because of many customers. Highly recommended for quick threadings.

I went today to the one in Mansell Crossing near Northpoint Mall, on a Monday and she saw me right away. I didn’t even need to make an appointment. She did threading for my upper lip and threading for my eyebrows.
She was very nice, the prices were okay ($ 6 for threading upper lip and $ 11 for my eyebrow threading), and it was mostly pain free.
I was thinking of making this my alternative salon to my other one.

I Love this place!!! the turnover seems high, once I get someone I like, she disappears but I have not had a bad experience with any of the threaders. I have a membership, I normally pay for the year in advance, the numbers work out way better that way. The only downside is the other locations closer to me (Perimeter area and Northpoint Mall) have closed. Cumberland is not too out of the way but its not close.
The ladies are always nice and are always trying to sell the memberships — which they should, you get a better deal with the membership but not the month to month — pay the full year. I go twice a month and it works out to be about $ 6 per visit — a lot cheaper than what they charge you sans membership.
They work pretty quick and it can get crowded. They have a storefront and a kiosk at the mall — I mainly go to the store but will go to the kiosk if the store Is really crowded or if I park on that side of the mall for some reason.
They also offer other services like henna tattoos, makeup, facials but I have only gotten my brows threaded so I cant speak to anything else. I recently purchased a brown pencil which is awesome — one side is dark brown and the other is a white/​cream color. The light color is used around the brow and the dark color for the brow — it really makes your brow stand out and brightens your eyes — I would recommend it — I think it’s $ 12.

Sucks

I’ve been seeing the staff at this location for over a year now, so you can say I’m a loyal customer. They’re quick and almost painless, not pushy, and take the time to explain what they should do to your eyebrows before they actually do it. I will admit, they’ve messed me up about once or twice, but not enough for me to complain about it, or stop going there.
I’ve only gotten my eyebrows done here but they offer other services and henna tattoos.
They get extremely busy on Fridays — pretty much every time i’ve been there on a Friday it takes about 45 minutes with wait time. Get there early, or go on a different day of the week!
