All I can say is that Patience is amazing. She is a lovey person. She personalized my facial to my specific skin type and need. She is so gentle and relaxing, I feel asleep through most off the procedure.
One of the best in the areas, I highly recommend.

On my first visit I came with a Groupon for a facial and eyebrow thread and I had my appointment with Tabassum. She was very friendly and professional. My eyebrows came out great I like the threading more than waxing now. During the facial she was gentle and always asked how the pressure was and adjusted accordingly. I came in with dry skin and bumps and left with all new skin! The best part is it actually lasted a full hour. I loved my experience it so much I purchased 4 more facials!

Here’s an update to my 3÷26÷16 review of Blue Lotus.
I went back for another facial yesterday, this time the owner Patience took care of me to ensure that I received proper service/​treatment this time around. I have one word to say — AMAAAAZINNNGG!!! Patience is so awesome, I don’t know where to begin!
1. First off her facial suite was super relaxing, she started off by explaining what she was going to do to my face, step by step. This was so different and nice because most aestheticians normally don’t do alot of explaning, they just put stuff on your face and don’t say much about it. I really appreciated that fact that she did that up front because for me, that meant I was able to relax more and have less converstions during my service.
2. The most obvious thing about Patience’s technique, is that she is tremendously GENTLE! i hardly noticed or felt when she was working on my face. she was light as a feather, and was very slow and careful when placing products on my face. I loved it. While i was laying there, i was thinking to myself, this is what i’ve been missing from all of my massages and facials– Gentleness! that alone made me a fan.
3. Extractions– as you read in my earlier post on my last visit these were super painful. This time around, i didn’t feel a thing. as a matter of fact, i think i fell asleep while she was doing it. I didn’t know extractions should feel (or in this case) shouldn’t feel painful.
4. Hand/​Shoulder Massage — GREATT! even though it was only for about 10 minutes for each area, i tell you her hands are like magic! If ever Patience were to offer massages, i would certainly be back to have her do it.
Overall, my revisit was exceptional. No complaints at all, whatsoever. Patience, thank you so much for your professionalism and caring attiude! I will definiately be back, and I will be sure to have you do my services. You are awesome! 5 gold stars!

Very good facial, nice atmosphere and good value when buying a series of 4.

Upon visiting Blue Lotus walking into the lobby I immediately felt relaxed. the dim lighting, the soft music and the waterfall. My esthetician Tabbasum greeted and escorted me to the room where my facial treatment would take place. Tabbasum was very knowledgeable on my skin type and the facial she gave me was one of the BEST I have ever received. I have been to other spas but I really appreciate the way she briefly told me about each product and then allowed me to relax and enjoy the treatment. I left Blue Lotus feeling lighter my face looked very clean and felt velvety soft. I came home and my husband kissed me and said, «you look amazing» this made me feel great especially since I didn’t have any make-​up on. I have recommended Blue Lotus to my sister and after her first treatment she brought the Gold Series package. This place is wonderful.

This was my second facial at Blue Lotus, My first facial was with Cameo and second with Tabassum. I have to say I do facials faithfully so I didn’t know what to expect when I received a groupon and used it. Both facials were professionally well done, with excellent products. Tabassum did my eyebrows and did a great job. I bought a series of facials so I can continue a regimen. I am very happy with Blue Lotus and would recommend the facials and either aesthetician as they both did a great job. I am going to make an appointment for a peel in February.

Patience is just a gem. She is delightful and professional. When I am getting a facial, I don’t feel like I am in a slot and have to be out at a certain time. I am so relaxed and she takes her time. She does a great job and my skin always feels great when I go see her. I definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to be pampered.

I’m giving this place 5 stars for the eyebrow threading alone. I have had many horror stories regarding my eyebrows, waxing and threading. I have currently been trying to grow them out and was really skeptical about getting the threading. I am so glad I was convinced! My eyebrows look phenomenal, the best they’ve looked in years and she didn’t hurt me at all… which seems strange because it took awhile to do.
I originally went for a facial and eyebrow threading that I had purchased on Groupon, and had a great experience as well! it was relaxing and she had a gentle touch.
Everybody needs to come to this place!

I’ve visited Blue Lotus twice in the last 2 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The skincare professionals here are genuinely interested in your skincare challenges, thus customizing facials to address and aid in improving those imperfections. I’ve grown a new appreciation for facials after visiting Blue Lotus. I look forward to going again very soon!
