Ordered a money tree plant for my best friend’s 60^th birthday. Something totally different was delivered. Overpaid for what was delivered.

I ordered a Sympathy floral arrangement to be delivered to my former mother in law after her husband passed. I did not see the arrangement, just picked it out of a on-​line catalog. My step daughter contacted me and told me the flowers were beautiful and Mom in law was very happy and pleased. This meant a lot to me because my Father in law was a wonderful man. I only have great things to say about this flower shop. I ordered a last minute bridal bouquet and it was BEAUTIFUL. The price was great too. The flowers in person were exactly how I described them on the phone. I will definitely be coming back here!

Perfect is the word that summarizes this floral shop and its staff. Hands-​down the best florist you can go to in the city of Atlanta. I hired Anya and her staff to do all of my floral needs for my wedding and not only did they meet my expectations but they exceeded it. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted my flowers to look like for the wedding and I did not want to change my mind or be deferred to anything else. I gave her my vision and they provided the vision and made it look absolutely amazing. The flowers were fresh, bloomed and looked absolutely gorgeous the day of the wedding. The customer service of not only her but also her staff was breathtaking. It made the wedding planning process 10 times easier and made it less stressful to know that my floral needs were being handled by professionals who really cared about making my day the perfect day. I highly recommend Anya and her crew at Rogers florist for any floral needs that you may have. Amazing is the best word to describe them.

Similar issue here, received an arrangement at 10:55 AM and the flowers were completely blown open already. I had several broken stems. I called and they were not very helpful nor did they want to do anything to help. Not at all like the website shows. Find another florist!

My wife loves every arrangement from Roger’s Florist. I’ve been coming here for years.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my true love at a cost of $ 85. They were delivered on a Monday afternoon at 3:00 PM already fully opened. She changed the water and did everything she should do to keep them fresh. By Tuesday they were starting to droop. The florist response was «we only guarantee them for a day. If you bring the dead flowers by, we will give you a half dozen live ones». Lame. They knew that they were not long for this earth when they delivered them. And, understandably, the recipient of a gift is reluctant to refuse to accept it.
Also, they do not keep a computerized data base– so you have to give them the address every time you call to send flowers to the same place.
I am looking for a new florist.
Beware, VD is coming and you can’t trust these jokers.
