Extra Space Storage

The Extra Space Storage locations in and around Milton/​Alpharetta are all exceptionally clear, uncluttered, and nice looking locations. I had met the Jones, the couple, that run the 855 North Main Street facility South of Windward, they are older like myself, and they were very friendly. When my wife na dI decided to move, we needed some «extra space storage», and I immediately thought of Penny Jones, and her husband. Their location was convenient, and they happen to have the size of spae we needed. The facts that I can access during convenient hours, and the facility has security cameras, etc all help us make the decision to go with Extra Space Storage.

This is a nicely run, pleasant place with which to do business. Because the manager lives on the premises, I feel that security is a priority here. Management is very easy going and reasonable.

After having a storage unit at the Cumming location a few months ago, it was an easy decision to choose Extra Space once again. Fortunately for me, they were all booked up for the size unit I needed and directed me to this location. Not only were they much closer but just as nice as well as more convenient in terms of the entrance (much larger for larger trucks) and offered a more appropriately set up design of units to accommodate loading/​unloading. Penny and Johney were the icing to the cake! It’s very clear that this wonderful couple put their renters needs first and work to accommodate them as best as they can. For example… Letting someone reschedule their signing time due to various work obligations:) If I didn’t already plan on using them long term, I have no doubt I would go back for future units as well as highly recommend this facility to anyone looking!

Rented an Extra Space Unit from Penny and it was awesome and professional experience. I only needed it for Christmas decorations and she was patient and listened to my needs so I just enough space. Very cool how everything is handled electronically and the property is gated too. The property is very neat and tidy and the hospitality is superb. Everything exceeded my expectations. :) Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

Well, most of the time I just roll in here, get what i need, then leave without ever talking to anyone.
However, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner while obtaining a new storage unit. Everyone here were very helpful and professional. They made suggestions that saved me money and took the time to explain everything involved with the contact.
They have an electronic contract program that was very cool as well. This place is clean and someone is always there to assist.
