H&R Block

My husband went in last week. The person who helped him gave him information completely different than he’s received in the past 3 years on his education. He walked out.
We will be going together to a location and Preparer I’ve been to before.

Extremely disappointed. My fiancé went to file his taxes today and the tax professional that helped him was not professional at all! Unfortunately his disability has made him unable to work a lot this year. Once this «tax professional» saw what he made this year compared to last year, she decided to put her two sense in and say he was lazy this year. When he tried to defend him self after she embarrassed him like that by telling her he had a disability, she continued to chuckle a little. I’m sorry but that is completely disrespectful! Unfortunately he does not remember her name but you can guarantee I will never go back there, neither will he! And on top of that he had to pay a lot to have a rude person do his taxes.
