Farmington Townhomes

Horrible. Just HORRIBLE. Everything about living here sucks. Management is nearly impossible to get a hold of, maintenence is nonexistent, neighbors and neighborhood are so trashy. Bad schools, loud traffic all day and night, overpriced unkept laundry room, smelly overflowing dumpsters, kids running and screaming unsupervised outside every evening, police activity every other night, drunk idiots from the surrounding bars. Horribly creaky floors and paper thin walls. I can hear neighbors dogs yapping and midnight toddler tantrums. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. I can’t wait to move in July! Stay away, not worth the price or a second of your time. Don’t let their advertising fool you like it did me. I don’t want to bring friends or family here. Advice to Templeton property management: DEMOLISH EVERYTHING AND REBUILD. This place is embarrassing.

Umm well I will start with the outrageous deposit we had to pay all said and done it was over 3000.00 dollars no joke, nasty neighbors filthy I should say, people ripping off the cable companies, kids at a young age causing problems and not ever taken care of they were always running out in the parking lot at the age of two on up, no parental supervision, big parties outside in the summer causing a parking problem, garbage all throughout the complex from the clientele. Garbage areas always overflowing… rats found… in units… and roaches… could not ever get ahold of the management people ever no on site management and only there on selective days… do not advise humans to live their… ALOT OF ILLEGAL FAMILIES LIVING THEIR, AND ILLEGAL DRUG TRAFFICING… ANY WAY IT IN A NUT SHELL…

Found thier ad for a 2 bedroom townhouse on Craigslist, on a Saturday afternoon, emailed the link and siad I ‘d like to set up a time to view it. Went by there on a Monday, went to the door where it said «LEASING OFFICE» and saw a note that read, «This is not the leasing office, I am a tennant, I don’t know where the manager is, and when she will be back. Sorry.» Monday I call the management company to speak to them about this, and they transfer me to the voice mail of the manager that cannot be found. Tuesday I call and talk to the management company again, am transfered by a rather rude and unknowledgeable receptionist to someone whose management portfolio includes the Gresham area, I ask, «why am I even talking to you if you aren’t even associated with this property?» Promptly told them to forget it because they can’t seem to get thier act together, and if they treat me like this a prospective tennant, what would it be like as a renter?
Tuesday afternoon at 4:45pm, I finalyl get a call from the property manager, asking me to call her back. Today 4÷16÷14, I called and spoke to Bethany, who didn’t apologize for the treatment I received, but start telling me what I had, but said I couldn’t view the apartment at this point in time because it’s still occupied, and that alot of thier tennants rent them «sight unseen.» Personally I don’t do sight unseen, nor do I know anyone that does.
This is poor customer service, in fact this isn’t customer service at all, no empathy, no repor, no apology, nothing, not even something to look at, yet they are saturating Craigslist with this apartment.
I’d stay far away from these folks, I can sense shady doings.
