A couple of weeks ago I ordered from them, and noticed they charged me for more food than we ordered. I shrugged it off as a one off… no big deal. Welp… ordered from them tonight, and the exact thing happened again. Charged me for food I never ordered. The woman I first spoke to on the phone about it said to me «what do you want me to do?». I told her I wanted my card refunding for the added funds they decided to take. She told me she didn’t know how to do that, and I could get a credit with them. This is no good for me as I have no intention of eating there again. Her next statement was that they would charge my card for the correct amount, and the delivery man will bring me the full amount of the original charge. Sure, no problem… or so I thought. Over 2 hours went by, and I still did not have my money delivered. They had no trouble running my card straight away though. Once again I call them. The woman I first spoke with spoke very clear english. The person who I spoke with on my second call to them spoke very very little english (if any), and proceeded to shout at me down the phone. As of this moment I still have two charges to my card, and no answers. I will be charging it back tomorrow morning. The thing that bothered me the most was that they did this to me twice.

I would have given them more stars but I had an experience no one should have to go through. I ordered food and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. After an hour, I called to see if it was on its way. I was yelled at by the lady who answered the phone and told that it will get there. I called back and said an apology would be nice. Her response was I don’t have to. It gets worse. The food arrived in an hour and 15 minutes. The driver was very nice and told me the original driver brought it back and they shoved him the order to deliver to me. They never called, the driver didn’t call to ask where I was if he was lost, because they have done that before. The food arrived cold and liquid was dripping all over the floor from the bag. The driver said this should be at no charge and I tipped him, as this was no fault of his. He also mentioned that they lied to me about the delivery mess up, and that when I requested to speak to someone else and was told no one else was there. I still was charged for the food. I called the next day and got a very angry man this time. He started out by yelling at me. Telling me he didn’t care and he didn’t care that I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. No money back and don’t order from us again. As if I had done something wrong? He wouldn’t let me speak and hung up on me. I called back and asked if he would let me speak, but pretty much didn’t. I told him an apology would be nice. He said I don’t apologize for anything. All I had were excuses and anger. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The food has always been pretty good for the price but this situation should never happen to anyone. UPDATE: I reported them to the BBB. They did not respond to the BBB, so now that reflects on their record. If you want a change in how they treat their customers please do as well.
Update: actually stupid enough to order from them again. The food showed up 2 hours after I ordered it. 2 soups missing and the sauces. I felt very bad for the driver. They had no idea what to do. I had to talk to the chef? I canceled the order since they couldn’t do anything at that moment and took the food back. I will never order from them again. I ordered from Tian An Men Square. Great customer service and delivered my food in under 30 minutes.

We’ve ordered from here forever and usually it’s a good cheap Chinese fix but the consistency and quality have gone down. I order shrimp with snow peas almost every time. As much as 3 times a week during finals. It has a thick white sauce that you know is slowly killing you but it’s worth it. I ordered a huge amount of food tonight and the shrimp with snow peas was overloaded with carrots and snow peas and the crack sauce wasn’t there. It had watery juices from the veggies. The seafood combination was the same. Pork ribs were jerky. Sad. I even called to have the «boss» argue with me 30 minutes after I spent $ 50 on shitty Chinese. Never again.

My family and I eat here about once a week. The food is great. The fried rice any style or lo-​mein is good. My kids love the orange chicken with no spicy or broccili. Delivery is really fast. They also have a fried rice chicken special for carry out that is really cheap!!! The portions are very good also

Everything tasted bitter and felt dirty. We didn’t expect much but they didn’t meet even our lowest expectations. We won’t be back.

We love this place. It’s our go-​to for Chinese food delivery. My favorite is the chicken fried rice. (which they can also make spicy! So good but so hot!!)
Obviously not a 5 star restaurant but if you want good, cheap Chinese, this is your place.

Great General Tso’s Chicken but they forgot my crab rangoons! Fast delivery for over the 10 years we have been ordering.

The rudest most incompetent staff ever. They hardly understand English and blame you, the customer for their language barrier. Put on hold multiple times, ask to spell my address 8 tomes though they had delivered here before. They are so cheap that they don’t like to give away menus much less have it online. Was .50 cents short of $ 10 minimum and would verbally suggest menu options because their cheap asses don’t have a menu anywhere. All I could under stand was «no no no order delivery» 4 times and he hung up. Wasted 20 mins!! banned for live

Average quality, sesame chicken was a little too much sauce. Kind of syrupy. And the rice wasn’t sticky at all, seemed kind of old.

For fast food Chinese, it was excellent! My lunch time take out was pork Egg Foo Young, Hunan Beef and sweet and sour chicken. The egg foo young was the best I have had with a delicious brown gravy. The Hunan beef was made with fresh vegetables and tasty. The sweet and sour chicken was fresh batter fried tenders and were perfect. The egg rolls were great! This is the best Chinese food in Allen! The two Asian gentlemen there cooking were very nice and helpful with my order! Do note they are no longer open on Sunday.

I’ve been eating here for over 10 years whenever I’m visiting my mom in Allen and we always love their food. I’m a huge fan of their egg rolls and their lemon chicken which is a breaded chicken breast with a lemon sauce that is to die for. Their fried rice and other dishes are great too, and while they aren’t gourmet, they’re exactly what I want from a corner chinese spot. In the Kroger parking lot its easy to call ahead and grab it for a great price!

This place is great. It’s fast, inexpensive and delicious. I’ve tried several menu items and they never disappoint. I’m so glad we have this place so close, it’s a great go-​to when you have a Chinese food craving! I don’t give them 5 stars because sometimes they go crazy with the celery in their dishes.

We have eaten here several times as it’s around the corner from our house. It is pretty good, better than some of the other restaurants around the neighborhood. It’s nothing that will wow you– but is good, cheap Chinese food.

We eat here at least once a week. This place is awesome and has great food! Fast delivery and good service. Our favorite place to order from hands down.

I work night and day and never have time to cook I used to order from here weekly for years. Not no more! I had two orange chicken and soup delivered to my house and it was not full plate like it normally was and the broccoli was brown and warped! Took 1 hour and 30 mins to come to me and I’m only down the street 2 minutes. It’s like the delivery driver ate half my food ! Gross! I called the place they said they would come back to my house and were very sorry but then another hour went by and I still have not ate! Nobody came to my house or called me then they ignored my calls. I paid almost $ 30.00 and refused to give me a refund. I had to be at work in a few hours again and I haven’t ate. I got dressed drove to their store talked with the older man he started screaming at me out of control. I just wanted him to remake the food for me because it was not fresh or a refund. He refused and yelled and I was scared I called the police he was crazy ! Sadly I just left the food on his counter and walked out… Still hungry and I’m out $ 30.00!

We had delivery from here. Nothing was fresh or even good. Driver almost kicked my door down when he arrived. Too many places close by that are much better.

Skillman Wok is just around the corner from my house, and I’ve been there a dozen or so times over the past year. The restaurant dining room is dirty and a bit cluttered, but I’ve generally been happy with the food. I usually order the moo shoo chicken or the kung pao chicken. The moo shoo is really good, but the kung pao has way too much celery.
The food is always ready very quickly — I’ve walked in without calling ahead and walked out with my food 6 – 7 minutes later. The delivery service is very fast too.

my recent visit to this location was 10 times worse than my past experiences here. after a year of not going there due to being busy, i decided to check it out again. i used to love this location. that was last year and 4 years ago. things have progressively gotten worse. it smells like a sewer in there. the cooks look dirty. the food was YUCKY. definitely a waste of time and money these days

Left extremely dissapointed I wasted my hunger on this place. Will avoid.
