This location is great! The food is freshly made, and the service is wonderful! Jeffrey is fantastic and is very accommodating!

The manager, Jeffrey was so friendly. But I had to wait 10 minutes for my sweet shrimp and egg rolls, which I understand. Food service is a process that can take time. The manager even told me I’m welcome to a free drink at the fountain. Loved the guy and his hospitality so much. So all was well, until I got home and didn’t have my egg rolls(which I paid for).

Rude and unaccommodating. Food was not fresh. I love Panda Express but this is my first time at this location and it will be my last. The(white) girl taking my order(also working drive thru) was annoyed with my presence and slopped my food on the counter like bad memories of a middle school cafeteria.

Out of everything. All the time. Sitting in the drive thru 15 mins to be told that is always a bonus!

I love Panda Express … But honestly, I just never know what to expect with my food. Sometimes it’s fresh, sometimes it’s gross and tastes like it’s been sitting out for awhile. It’s unfortunate !

I don’t know why we keep giving this place second chances. They are either out of what we want to order, get our order wrong, or take entirely too long to give us our food. The last time, was the last straw. They forgot an item we ordered and when we said something, we were met with a flippant attitude. From the manager.

I’m not sure why, but our son only likes the orange chicken from this restaurant. He won’t eat any other form of chicken or beef. Veggies/noodle side is the best. Pick up food from here at least twice a week and it’s always great.

Not a very good experience… There were only 3 people attending and I had to wait around 10 minutes to get someone to serve me… There was almost no food on the counter except for the rice and the chow mein, but the rest were close to empty… A plus was that the guy who served me was polite… Not sure if I’ll be back to this one…

Good — For fast food, this is pretty healthy. They are quick and tasty. My son’s like the orange chicken the best. They let me have half veggies/half noodles on the side instead of a whole serving of just one. The inside looks clean Bad —

It’s the fast food version of chinese food, and if we hadn’t been in a rush I would have gladly waited 15 minutes at a Pei Wei to get higher quality food. That being said, this wasn’t miserable and did the trick in providing us with fast and easy chinese food. The only downside is that because everything is pre-made and sitting in a buffet style tray inside, if there’s a component of a dish you’d prefer not to have you can’t change it. I got the orange chicken on brown rice which was surprisingly spicy, and tasted okay. My husband got the teriyaki chicken and said it was fine. Neither of us were saying it was great, but it also wasn’t horrible.

KungPao is my favorite dish here. I like that they have a healthy veggie side dish option instead of rice or noodles. Sometimes ya just a need a little less carbs. Consistantly tasty chinese food.

I used to eat here quite a bit when I lived in the area. I recently moved back on this side of town and stopped here on my way home from Target because face it… no one wants to go home and cook after grocery shopping for two hours. Lets just face it. The Chinese Food scene in DFWSUCKS. Sadly, this is about as best as can be found. I had the peppercorn shrimp & kobari beef. They were both good. The rice, was still pretty crunchy and underdone. Not my favorite place, but it will do in a pinch when you are starving, exhausted, and still have to go unload a car full of groceries when you get home.

Frequent this chain at least 6 or 7 x’s a year, but this location is absolutely the worse. Just this past Wednesday I ordered the mandarin chicken bowl and ended up with a very sharp pain in my stomach, one I’ve never felt before. It wasn’t a normal ache, but it literally felt like something was lodged in my stomach for 2 days. In the past I’ve had to deal with the bad service via the drive-thru which included giving me sweet and sour sauce when I specifically asked for duck sauce & they’ve also gotten my order wrong on more than 1 occasion. After this recent episode they’ve seen me for the last time. Folks, stay away from this place.

This is more of an informational post that there is a Panda Express on McDermott. This is low priced, chain Chinese food. Nothing special here, plenty of fried chicken covered in various sauces, and tasteless Lo Mein noodles or fried rice.
