I’ve used this place a few times and I’ve been very satisfied with them. They are always very fast and friendly. The items I mailed got to their destinations. I will go back.

If you’re looking for incompetence served up with a side of attitude look no farther. I dropped off a priority, next-​day package for Fedex and was told that it would go out that same day. Not only did it not go out (and thus not arrive at its destination in one business day) when I called and spoke with the manager he essentially said he was sorry but he wasn’t there on Saturday so he couldn’t say one way or the other what happened or why. When I conveyed my conversation I had with the clerk on Saturday the manager would only say that the clerk should not have told me that. He also repeated several times that «you probably dropped it off after the Fedex pick-​up». Most concerning wasn’t the dullard manager, rather his complete indifference to my issue. When he told me that it wasn’t that big a deal because, «it’s only one extra business day» and I reacted that I was told that on Saturday, he said, «well it’s still here if you want to come and get it and drop it off somewhere else».
This place takes incompetence, rudeness, and apathy to a whole new level. One should only patronize this place if one enjoys paying for incompetence and disrespectful service.
