Ordered a 4 for $ 4 meal and asked for Dr. Pepper. Also asked for ranch and sweet n’ sour sauce. Instead received coke and barbecue sauce and ruined my mood.

Waited almost 30 minutes in a not-​so long line to have my order not included in the three bags given. Staff was very slow and not very friendly or communicative. I’m extremely disappointed, such a long line to wait and I didn’t even get to eat, great job! Won’t be coming back, fortunately.

There was virtually no waiting this time. And I am giving 5 stars for their effort to clean the dining room. The employee wiped clean each chair and bench with cloth and sanitizer. Some other fast food restaurants use a broom to sweep the bench after sweeping the floor.

This location needs to turn things around! They’re not busy enough to rush through preparing your meal! I bought $ 20 worth of food and only ate halfway through my microwaved burger! The vegetables were old the tomato was so bad it was sour and the lettuce leafs were dead. This is unacceptable and it’s probably the last time I come to this place!

Very disappointed with this location, Ordered a few baked potatoes and I come home with only potatoes… If i wanted to eat potatoes like this I woulda just went to Ralphs and baked some and call it day. Not to mention I also waited approximately 15 minutes for them. Good Job whoever was at the drive through shift on Sept 29 2015 around 8PM. I also tried calling them to let out my frustration but they don’t even pick up. What’s the point of even having a phone!!!

Pretty standard fast food joint. What makes this place stand out is that it’s next to this retirement village type establishment so you get a lot of old people in the dine-​in area during the morning. They just drink coffee and read the news papers. Other than that, you’ll get your food and you’ll eat it, but you won’t crave it.

Chicken nuggets are delicious here. The manager cares about his food and staff so this Wendy’s is better than the one on Atlantic.
I tried the Chillers today, the blackberry lemonade was yummy, not too sweet just right.
#1 ¼ lb burger with cheese is my usual order when I’m here for lunch.

I like their food. Maybe its just the drive thru that sucks
The last two times havent been anything to praise. One, they didn’t put the lid on right on one of my drinks. They just placed the lid on top and when i made a turn all my soda spilled all over my car. Nice. Second time, we specifically asked for spicy chicken nuggets. When my bf asked if the nuggets were spicy the girl said «sure» in a voice that sounded annoyed. Excuse me its not our fault that you have a shitty minimum wage job. And guess what… We did not get spicy nuggets. But at least my dogs liked them!
So I’d recommend going inside to order your food and double check that they put the lids on correctly.

My brother and my cousin and I all had the key chain for free frosty’s. we were craving it late thursday night so we went around 11ish 12 at night to go get some. They messed up our order. We didnt realize it until we got home. I ordered a baked potato (which the got right) a small fries (which is also correct, you cant really mess that one up) and a 6 piece REGULAR nuggets because my brother cant eat spicy food. And guess what not only we got the SPICY nugget but we only got 4 ! totally wrong. and i was too lazy to drive back cause it was really late at night and it was cold, just thought that the people working at night should pay more attention. I looked at my receipt and they charged me for 6 piece regular nuggets. tsk tsk tsk.

I feel like this place in particular has a bad name or something. One time, immediately walking in, I see a customer screaming out «I AM NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.» I also feel like the burgers that I’d order would come out very nasty looking and the mayonnaise would be all centered and not spread out. The service is nice but the food is alright.

Okay, I came back! My son wanted to eat at Wendy’s and here I am, again. It’s interesting because the staff has changed from the last time I wrote my last review. The manager or owner was the cashier at the front. He was pleasant, smiled and took my order. The food arrived in «fast food» timing (within 3 – 4 minutes). The place was clean and service was excellent. Why the four stars? I gave 4 stars because there is no longer wifi and secondly, the TVs are no longer working. Wifi was important for my husband and watching the new and latest music videos was important fir my kids. For the whole family, good service and cleanliness is most important.

The place wasn’t clean at all. At the parking lot you could see napkins all around and the entrance door was sticky when I opened it. Disgusting.
My nephew had surgery at the Garfield hospital down the street and this was the closes place around. It’s within a mile from the hospital which is pretty convenient.

Every SINGLE time i go there they mess up my order or forget an item! not to mention their fries is the worst i had ever eaten– to a point that i dont want to finish it!
That’s pretty bad considering the fact that i am in LOVE with french fries!
really need to up there ante about sign fixtures and just keeping this place clean.

Anyways it’s a fast food joint so the service was meh. This morning even the manager doesn’t smile. They forgot to give me my coffee and I circled back. Guess what? No apology. not even one word. Just handed me my coffee and that’s it. Again no smile. I’d give fewer stars but I want them to stay in business so I can have my breakfast.
