If I could give it zero stars I would! Worst customer service ever! Charged me for a side order then when I asked for it, the worker replies that he didn’t charge me but it was on the receipt. When I showed him the recipt, he was a jerk about it and was reluctant to give me my food!

One star is really too much. This place Is about money. They care not about the customer. Me an a friend went in to ask for a 2 piece chicken order. There were two men on the counter hardly could talk English and one said a 2 piece will cost you 8.49 but a 3 piece will cost us 7.99 on special today. We said ok an sat down to eat. As we were eating a man came in and asked for a 2 piece box chicken the man at the counter said yes. Two piece for 5.49. We overheard this conversation, looked at each other and shook our heads. We then went to the counter and told them why we were not offered the same deal. 2 piece 5.49. I could not defend them self. The owner or manager said he was in the back. He did not know what was happening. We said your employees should know to offer the same to us. This place is no good. We will not go there again., EVER! Bad service, bad English. Talk to fast to understand. Take it from me. DO Not EAT there. You will regret it. Never again for us!

The cashier here always speaks super fast and is hard to understand… but since I always know what to get it doesn’t really bother me.
The first time I went it took a really long time but since then the prep here has gone much more smoothly!
Four stars because I have no problem with them and they’re always nice.
Overall, not a place I would recommend, but if you’re really craving KFC this isn’t a bad place. I come here maybe once a month to satisfy my craving for salty crisp chicken and mashed potatoes.

So I got my cup and was ready to fill it up with soda… and there were 3 ants in my cup. Unsanitary.
This place only has like 4 tables, the servers speak english with a heavy spanish accent and they talk really fast. It’s a good KFC to go to if you don’t mind these things, I guess.

Got hungry and was craving for fried chicken. This place was the closes to my house. Went thru the drive-​thru. The person on the intercom asked what I wanted and I told him and how I wanted it too. Got to the window the person tooked the order and talked to the manager. So the manager came to the window and talked to me. They told me they ran out of crispy. Not enough so he suggested he give me 2 original chicken breast instead. I told him I don’t like chicken breast its too dry. I tried that here before also. I told him I wanted chicken thighs instead of the chicken breast. He even got my side orders wrong. I wanted 2 order of corn on the cob and 1 mash potato. The manager asked me again what I wanted and I told him. He asked if I order coleslaw? I said no. I told him I order 2 corn on the comb and 1 mash potato. Once got home I check the food. One of the corn on the comb was cold and they did not put 2 grilled chicken thighs in the bucket. They only put 2 small drumstick and a small thigh. Well I called the place and told him whats wrong and the manager just gave it to the 1^st person that took the order. He was mumbling all kind of thing. I said forget it. I asked him how to heat up the corn on the comb that was cold. He starts saying he heated everyone. I just want to know how to heat it up. Don’t want to drive back and waste my gas. He say he would pick better pieces for me. Do you believe it. How do you know when I go there when I am just talking to the intercom with no pictures. One last thing the chicken was lukewarm. The only reason I came here cause it was close to my house. Guess wrong.

Craving for some fried chicken so I decided the pay a visit here… There were 2 Hispanic servers who don’t seem to speak much English… Not helpful at all … I didn’t get what I really want… I gave up and just pointed to a number on the menu…

I come to this location often. Usually the drive-​thru. Never had a real bad experience. Unlike other fast food place, they’ve always given me the correct order, utensils. Hot sauce and ketchup are give upon request. Although I do have to repeat myself through the intercom because in the middle of speaking the cashier keeps interrupting me and trying to rush me.

So they have the $ 5 famous bowl combo going on that includes a drink and cookie.
I ordered it, did not get a cookie, and was charged 5.99.
The guy can’t speak English well either, and that crappy mic and speaker box doesn’t make it any better. I didn’t even want to try discussing the price since he seemed quite impatient and aggressive.
Wasn’t really polite and totally looks like a creeper too. (I know that’s not nice to say, but seriously!)
Food is a little below the average KFC quality, so it’s edible and whatnot, but I’ve had better. Would’ve gave it a 2 star rating if I got my damn cookie or paid the right price, another star if the English was better, and 4 Stars if the food was at least average kfc quality. 5 stars if it was amazing, but I haven’t found a KFC in the US yet that has met this criteria yet.
Oh, and I’m quite polite when ordering, and not in the snobby/​condescending way, so I don’t think the less than pleasant service was due to my behavior for those who may think it was my fault. I always say my pleases and thank you’s, especially to those working in the food industry. How I act when I’m with others such as close friends may differ, but I’m always polite to workers in the food industry since I know the have to deal with a lot of crap

Colonel Sanders owes me two pieces of fried chicken. I was in a craving for some KFC a few nights ago, and ordered some mashed potatoes, some biscuits and an order of fried chicken.
Imagine my surprise when I opened my box and saw only two pieces of fried chicken when I ordered four pieces. I think some of my biscuits were missing as well.
The gravy made my mashed potatoes taste like medicine and the biscuits were dry. The next day I wanted to reheat them and they were hard as rocks.
It was a late weekday night, but that doesn’t give you an excuse to cock up on orders.

I live only a few blocks from this KFC. I’ve been to this one a couple of times when I was craving fried chicken, but every time its been an EXTREME disappointment. Whether its forgetting something or the chicken being soggy etc. It got to the point where I refuse to go to this KFC and would drive to the one near Main Street and Garfield. I also noticed most of the workers there having poor english although not necessarily an issue as many has been mentioning.

OK so I am not saying I don’t understand what others are saying. Some of the guys working there do not speak great english, but they have ALWAYS been friendly. I have worked very close by for 13 years off and on and go there all the time. All of the guys are super nice and have never gotten my order wrong. Am I saying the food and service are always great? No… but when is that ever the case? Sure some times the food could be fresher and they got my soda wrong once, but over all (and I got there some times 3 times a week) they are great!

Taste a piece of chicken before you leave the drive-​thru.
If it tastes overcooked or reheated you can get your money back on the spot according to the counter person. If you go home, serve it, begin to eat it and then find out, you have to drive all the way back with all the food intact to get your money back.
It used to be fast food with quality you can count on.

Oh, I love to eat their fried chicken skins… and coleslaw. Sadly this has to be the worst location by far!
Today, we went to get some. They close at 9:30PM but when we got there before 8:30pm they said they stop serving chicken. Wow, a chicken place stop serving chicken over 1 hour before closing.
We were told they had a slow day and dont want to make more… no kidding???

I went there to order a kids meal and the guy thought I said 13 piece meal… and he blamed me for not listening to him when he repeated the order!!!
They need to put a guy that speaks English better on the drive thru and fix there stupid box because I couldn’t hear anything they were saying.

Had there chicken a couple of days ago tried the new go cup very Delish and very tasty and what a great price for a go cup would go back again

Couldn’t understand them. Had to have them repeat what they said like 3 times. He asked if I wanted wings and thigh or leg and breast or something I told him and he gave a dirty look or surprised look. They gave me a huge portion though. But the chicken was dry af. Tasted nasty.

This KFC is so underrated! KFC chicken in itself is only worth two stars from any location. However, the guys that work here are some awesome dudes so this rating is all for them. Keep up the good work guys!

Wow. This is my first 1 star i gave out to a local fast food joint. However tonight it deserves it. So i order the 10 piece chicken bucket — classic. $ 13.16. Pricey! Ok… so when i get home its has 7 drumsticks and 3 thigh pieces!!! WTF!
Another thing was that the oil they used must be old as the chicken wasn’t crisp or fresh. I had better KFC before, and it wasn’t here. This is close to my house but i don’t think i will be coming back.
Fair warning to any others who wanted a quick KFC fix.

To everyone that says this place has bad service and the workers cant speak English, yall should suck it up because the employees here work hard and they make some dank ass chicken, especially when its fresh and you can taste the juicy meat and crispy skin.
I have never been treated badly here so I guess it is not the employees here that are rude.

So this by far has to be the worst KFC I have ever been to. I have been wanting to review this place since my last unfortunate encounter with this abomination of a fast food chicken provider.
First off, my little brother and I enter at around 7:30P.M. and all the employees were hiding behind the chicken warmers. The only guy doing work was the guy working the drive through.
So we’re trying to figure out what to get and once we finally figure that out not one of the employees acknowledged us until drive through boy nudged one of them to come talk to us. The cashier then comes and says, «What do you want?» in the most obnoxious way possible. When we started to tell him our order he literally left right in the middle of us talking and went to go talk to his friends behind the warmers again. So we called him over and told him that we weren’t done ordering so he just started muttering nonsense to himself and took down our order.
We told him to give us the half crispy, half regular meal and he verified that that was what we wanted. Once his coworkers started to prepare the order he verified once again, regular and crispy and we said yeah. So when we finally got the order we check the bucket and wudduya know, it’s F’n grilled and regular. After verifying for the twentieth time, the guy still manages to screw it up.
Here’s the juiciest part. When we corrected him and asked him to switch the grilled to crispy, the guy literally did not even bother playing it off and grabbed the grilled chicken and put it back into the warmer in the front so that the next person would unfortunately be grabbing our sloppy seconds. The awesome part is that he also did this without gloves…
Yeah, we finally got our order right, but for all these reasons, it’s obvious that I’m never going back and you shouldn’t even bother coming here… EVER!!!
