Music is too loud, can’t have a conversation or hear yourself think. Have asked to have it lowered, but like most places today, they are always reluctant to reduce the noise.

Panera Kingstowne is our favorite hangout. It’s near home, smack dab in the middle of all th e stores, is casual and pleasant, has great food and drink, has courteous staff, and has free wi-fi to boot. We go there 2 – 3 times a week.

Terrible location. I love panera but not this location. The Pakistani girl was very rude. She not only ruined our order but ruined our experience. My bowl of mac and cheese was very empty and when I brought it back to show her that this is not what I paid for. She told me there’s nothing she can do.

Much improved from the last visit I had. Point of sale was improved and the speed of food was great. The employee cleaning the dining area was working very hard.

I’ve gone to so many different panera bread locations and this was really set a good memory. Cashier was upbeat and helpful. she recommended and listened to my requests. Then the food came out great and fast. Caramel latte was nice temperature and perfect amount of caramel.

Me and my husband just waited 25 minutes for a frozen mocha, café mocha, and two Asiago bagels!!! We walked in and it wasn’t even busy, we were the third person in line. When we finally got our order, we got a frozen Carmel that tasted like shit and wasn’t even in the right cup and had no whip cream. They didn’t know what they we’re doing in there, was not prepared at all for the morning rush. When we left they had at least 15 people in line. WTF panera get your shit together.

I just went to the panera bread, they do not have any bagels either bread to offer for the soup. I bought the soup anyways, also I order mac and cheese. When I went to pick up the order, the bag was dirty from outside, I ask polite if I can get a new one, the lady who serve, said I was to picky ! Let me tell you I just got my car clean and I do not want to put a dirty bag with food(wet from soup and lettuce) in my new clean car. Sorry to bother ladies, I pay more than 20 dollars just for a sandwich and soup ! And I least I want bread with it, I thought panera bread supposed to have bread if you run out at 6 pm at least the company should bake more otherwise don’t call panera ! No happy with the service today !

This place is amazing! I don’t understand the rest of the reviewers. It is FASTFOOD that is HEALTHY. Get over yourself! What exactly are you expecting? Steak house service? Great service. Unlimited refills on cold tea and hot tea(amazing if you are sick). Good wifi. Calm atmosphere. I come here with coworkers all the time.

If you come here during the evening times like how I do for some homework or things to finish its actually a very peaceful spot. I get the welcome I need and the lines are barely long(sometimes there is no line) the people are nice and my food is made how it’s needed to be made. The managers are fantastic they will fix any mistakes made in an heartbeat. And sometimes the employees even offer treats if they do something wrong. Love Panera

Do not buy gift card here! They have no value when you go to use them. I give them out to customers as prizes at events, & have had several calls recently that they were no good. So glad I paid $ 10 apiece for nothing.

I usually don’t have a problem with this Panera location but now I’m just disappointed. I come to this location very often, especially in the summer. I LOVE the strawberry poppyseed salad! I get it all the time. Usually, the salad is ice burg lettuce and full of fruits. Most of the time I get the salad to go and it’s about two meals for me.(The whole size) Today, I just went in and order the full size of strawberry poppyseed salad to go. There was no one in line and I quickly got my food and left. As I got home, my salad was so pitiful! Barely any fruit, the salad wasn’t even full and the lettuce was wrong! It’s suppose to be iceberg lettuce but I think it’s spinach?! Maybe I should just look before I leave, but this has never happened before. Panera should be more consistent if I’m paying almost 9 $ for a salad. /: how can they mess up a strawberry poppyseed salad. It’s the most popular salad! Besides today, usually this panera isn’t bad. The employees are helpful and I tend to get my food quickly. I sure hope this doesn’t happen again. Bottom line, if you get your food to go CHECKITBEFOREYOULEAVE!

This is a pretty chill spot. Usually go there to get their soup and salad. Plus it’s a nice chill spot to just study. Only thing I don’t like is sometimes there are to many kids and they take up the good seats for studying. But it’s not their fault.

Ummm… I FREAKINGLOVEPANERABREAD!!! I don’t know how long this review has to be in order to post it but I love this Panera Bread. I visit this place at least twice a week and the service is great. Never a problem with my order and the staff is friendly. Yay!!!

Tried the panera in fair oaks — fail. I actually found a big 3 inch piece of plastic fork wedged inside the pastry I ordered! The manager dismissed it and apologized. Um hello? Someone could have eaten that plastic and gotten extremely ill! Corporate didn’t do much except offer an apology and to visit them again. OKAY. I tried this one in kingstowne because my friend wanted us to dine there so I decided to give them a second chance. I bit down on something VERY hard and tiny that looked like a piece of bone. I took it over to the manager to see and he said it was a hard noodle. I did not know whether to believe them or not. I won’t be back to panera. Sloppy making of food that I could make better at home and sloppy customer service by corporate and in the store.

After returning twice in the past 2 nights to try the new broth bowls, I’m upping the rating to 3 stars. I really enjoyed the quinoa broth bowl(more than the soba noodle broth bowl). It’s a very healthy and satisfying option, especially in this weather. I went in a little later both nights(around 6:30−7pm) and was able to quickly find a clean table. There was a friendly man dedicated to bussing and cleaning the tables on the first night, and he was working hard to ensure he kept the dining room clean. He also bussed my tray for me before I left, which was nice. Another woman was also dedicated to cleaning the dining room on the second night, so I was glad to see this location is ensuring someone is tasked with this each shift. However, the people behind the registers(I dealt with 3 on the past two visits — including the manager) all need a lesson on being pleasant with the customers. They are just not friendly and are very short. It makes a difference, so I don’t understand why it’s so hard. If everyone were as friendly as the guy bussing the tables, I would likely return more often.

The drinks: not good. The current staff need better training in how to make the drinks. Staff seem to be using A LOT of discretion on the amounts of ingredients. For my smoothie the guy dumped this and that and more of that and more and more yogurt. I knew if wouldn’t taste good. It didn’t. I recently watched a customer return her coffee drink because it had too much milk. The customer watched the staff closely while it was being made and told her how much milk to add. Please retrain.

I’m baaaacccccckkkkkk! Still a good spot to grab a bite to eat. Mediterranean Egg White sandwich for me today. And, they allowed me to also order a lunch sandwich so I don’t have to leave the office. Thanks, Panera. Appreciate this accommodation

I got the pick two with steak and white cheddar sandwich and the mac and cheese. Sandwich was okay except I didn’t realize it came with horseradish so I didn’t like it too much. I loved the mac and cheese. Could have just eaten a large bowl of that with bread. I also had a cherry pastry which was great. My boyfriend had a sandwich only because the cashier didn’t know what kind of dairy was in the soups. He can eat cream but not milk. No one knew what was in it. We also couldn’t find it online. This day and age marked with food allergies it seems behind the curve that panera doesn’t post ingredients.

Good place to grab a quick bite to eat while you’re wandering around Kingstowne or waiting for a movie to start. Breads are always fresh, soups are pretty good, and the salads are tasty. Beware of long lines during the weekdays, especially around lunch time(11:30 — 1pm), so if you’re going to head there, I suggest you go slightly before its busiest times or right after. Space is particularly limited inside, but in the warmer months, they’ve got extra seating outside. The only cons I could think of is that I wish they’d improve the fountain drink selection. They could add Sprite /7up, for non-caffeine choices. Currently, I believe they’ve got fruit punch(too sugary) & water. Favorite soup: cream of chicken & wild rice Favorite sandwich: Asiago steak sandwich

I generally really enjoy Panera, and this store is right by work, so I was excited to have this as an option for lunch. However, they’ve screwed up my order the last two times I’ve been there. The first time I ordered a chicken cobb with avocado, and they just gave me the normal cobb. The cashier rang me up correctly, but I paid the extra for the avocado cobb and it says avocado right on the receipt. It’s the sole reason I got that salad, so I was upset. For today’s lunch, I ordered a Frontega Chicken Panini. They gave me… a grilled cheese? These are nothing alike, and not the same price. Once again, the receipt was correct and the cashier seemed to correctly do her job, but there is definitely a disconnect between the time the order is correctly entered and the time they put the food in the bag. I think I’ve had it with this one. It is the most incompetent Panera I’ve ever been to. If you have other options, take them.
