Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin’ donuts, where you order what you want, but you can’t have it. I have worked near this Dunkin’ donuts for a while and it has a reputation of being less than stellar. In fact in the half dozen times I’ve stopped in my order has been correct maybe half the time. This time my order took over ten minutes, I was in the drive through mind you, asked to pull around and I got a hot instead of iced coffee. And no apologies or have s good day given. Just my food handed to me and they walked away. Sadly this is now becoming a norm for several Dunkin’ donuts that I’ve been too. Hence the first line of my review. I am very reluctant to go to one now. In the past it was always my go to. The employee at this visit seemed frazzled, possibly on her own. Obviously management is failing. I hope you can bring it around.

Make my coffee the most consistently. OK I admit it up front I love DDs coffee but I run into the problem that employee turnover creates. Its not the same at all places but here they never let me down.

Average. What you see if what you get.
And the college students who work here mayyyyybe should work on their social skills.
It is however, a very clean dunkin’ donuts.

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for years. Friendly staff, quick service. I will be going here over any other Dunkin Donuts in Albany!

No drive thru and very slow and unfriendly service inside. Not impressed.
