Tech Confidant

The folks at Tech Confidant offer excellent, friendly service. I relax more now knowing they are keeping my computers up to date and running strong. I signed up both my desktop and laptop.

Jeff at Tech Confidant ROCKS. He fixed our problems when we had some other guy (who was a complete goober) set up our network and created SOoooo many problems. Our network was going down — randomly couldn’t print, couldn’t get online — SOOoo annoying. We’re starting a new business and NEED our internet functioning so we could make sales, etc. Jeff answers the phone when you call, drives out to your place of business whenever you need him, fixes your computer and doesn’t waste time talking techie gibberish when you really don’t care or want to deal with it. He just fixes the problems so you can get back to your business. And he’s a cool guy! Not your typical computer geek. His services are AMAZING. I found him when my husband crashed my computer — and I just wanted someone to fix it. But I am SO thankful that he does so much more than that. For a small business that needs to just RUN and doesn’t want to deal with IT headaches… YOU have to use a service like Tech Confidant. Priceless. Really.

I have been working with Jeff at Tech Confident for about a year now and what a fabulous service he provides!
Not only has he been able to help me remotely, he has come to my home and picked up the computer to work on back at the office. This service is well worth the $ 100.00 a year service fee. Jeff has also helped me find software for my computer at the best possible price out there.

Tech Confidant is an outstanding company!

The consultants at Tech Confidant have been great. We had them come in and set up our networking system when we moved our office a few months ago. They were very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Since an office really cannot function these days without technology, we relied heavily on Tech Confidant to get the job done. They did a superb job.
We’re also using Tech Confidant on a monthly basis to manage our computers and outsource all of our IT needs. It’s great to know that you can pick up the phone and have someone there to handle all of your IT issues. As a small business, it just doesn’t make sense to have someone on staff and hiring consultants on a one-​off basis can be an expensive endeavor.
