I’ve been having trouble with my 3 yr. old Dell laptop recently– and it had come to a point where I’d decided to throw in the towel, buy a new machine/​dispose off the troublesome PC; I was assuming all along that the HD had gone bad– and to fix it wouldn’t be worth the time/​money I’d end up spending.
