I had a good experience here. Kam was my salesperson and he was very helpful. After showing me several TVs I decided on one and put a deposit on it(and a cabinet) at what I believe was a good price. Unfortunately, a few days later I had to cancel the order. Kam was very understanding and quickly refunded my deposit. I would shop there again.

We bought a Sony 65″ 4k tv from Video & Audio in Agoura Hills 2 weeks ago. Our sales person, Roy, was very helpful and did not try to up-sell us on anything, including cables(which we didn’t need but another salesperson in the store was trying to sell us). Sony was running a special — we didn’t have to pay sales tax and the price was reduced, which was great. Roy told us about their 15-day guarantee(if we find it for less money in the next 15 days, from an authorized Sony dealer, they will refund us the difference)… we did find it for $ 200. less, from Video and Audio Center online funny enough, and Roy honored what he said and refunded us the $ 200. I am a cynic, I don’t trust sales people in general but I feel good about our dealings with Roy at Video and Audio. By the way, we found this tv for, about, $ 400. less online, not from an authorized Sony dealer and we decided to support our local brick and mortar store instead. We also purchased the 5-year extended warranty with Roy’s assurance that all we have to do is call them and we will have in-home service at no charge — if we ever need to use the warranty, we expect to rate that with 5-stars as well. Go to Video and Audio and see Roy!

The store claims that«We will BEAT or MATCH any price local or Internet GUARANTEED!» Yeah right! False advertising! Stay away!!! When I came into the store to purchase a TV, I showed them a legitimate ad from Fry’s for a TV that Video and Audio Center had in stock. The salesperson(who I presume to be the manager) said they would not be able to match the price from Fry’s because the price was below their cost. Say what!!! Note that the difference in price was a mere $ 50. I’ll repeat, it was only $ 50 less. Perhaps, maybe you should not advertise that you GUARANTEE that you will match ANY price! Needless to say, I went to Best Buy where the price was honored.(I would’ve gone directly to Fry’s but it was too far). I suggest you avoid this place. If they can’t honor what they say, what does that say about their company???

Wasn’t even looking for a new TV& made the fatal mistake of going into this store and my Husband came home with a nice new Sony that is supposed to be his early Christmas present. David was great taking his time explaining all the features & benefits of several different types and price ranges. They were going to deliver but of course my Hubby couldn’t wait so we took it home.

I purchased equipment last August. The sales part went smoothly but installation was a nightmare. They left cables exposed and had to come out and fix and they charged me!?! Also I called recently to ask for tech support and they said no one is available and wanted to charge me $ 95 for someone to come out to answer a simple question. I would not buy from them again.

I had a 5 star experience here. I purchased a «no frills» 60″ Samsung LED for my «no frills» mother. The salesperson, David, was on point and didn’t attempt to up-sell me. The cost was cheaper than Costco for the same TV, and included free delivery, setup, and haul away. They delivered to the house within an hour of the purchase. The delivery team was excellent, polite, and helped out by doing a few additional things not related to the TV we purchased. The best compliment I can give is that that they made my mother, who’s in general a tough customer, very happy. I am very impressed and will give this store future business.
