Good looking furniture on the outside, manufacturing is the worst possible quality. They also claim to sell floor models so that they can write the sale up as an «ASIS» floor model sale. If you buy something from them don’t buy under an ASIS agreement. Ask for a warranty. Chances are they will not have anything to sell to you with a warranty. Yes people are nice, so are most scammers. Bought my sofa, love seat and reclining leather chair purchase Oct 2012. within three month the materials began to rip. Now January 2015 the springs on the love seat are bulging up into the cushion of the love chair. We have to give these to goodwill because it is embarrassing to have guest sit on something this bad. Even Walmart furniture would probably outlast this junk. $ 1,200.00 in the trash. If someone has given them a good review, it’s probably an employee, owner or company hired to do so. Think about it.

I purchased a couch and coffee table there in october 2012. The sales people were nice, the manager was nice. I was able to get a great deal on both. I am here to report on the quality. The table is good quality and is withstanding the test of time. The couch however, is the biggest POS on the planet. It was a super comfy leather sectional, and it was great when we got it. From normal use, the cushions are completely flat, and its going to cost me over $ 600 to replace it with normal quality cushions, on a $ 800 couch. I would stay away if you want anything that is going to withstand the test of time. It was supposedly marked down from 3500. Price conditioning is the oldest sales trick in the book. I fell for it, and I am in sales! I wouldn’t bother getting anything here unless you are planning on replacing it in 8 – 12 months.

First to be started, the prices are reasonable, the sales associate lady who helped us picking up furniture was very nice and helpful and gave us a very good deal for lots of furniture we bought for our new home. But the problem started right after the sales. Their after sales services sucks. It was written in our contract that their delivery persons must put all the beds and sofas in the specific places in our home while we had to go out for an emergency and also assemble all those pieces. But when we got back home, we saw everything was left in the middle of the entrance unopened!!! And ever since that day for consecutive days, they are not answering their phones and not respecting their contract. Regardless how much the delivery guy was rude he got a very generous tip from us in order to secure the service. I will definitely NOTTTTTTTT recommend this horrible place to anyone and I am planning to lawyer-up against them.

A friend recommended we visit Power of Home after buying her used 60″ TV. My husband and I stopped by and my first impression was«This is an amazing showroom!» Everything was neatly organized and immaculate. It was not cluttered and I felt comfortable and welcome. Bummed the Starbucks espresso machine was out of order, but not enough to lose a star. Matt, Ivar and Audrey were very helpful and after hearing what we were looking for, made concessions that we left satisfied customers. Prices are very affordable and there is quite a selection to choose from. Plan on spending at least an hour looking high and low, as we were not disappointed in the least! Highly Recommended!

Prices are reasonable, quality of the products is solid, and the sales people are very friendly and willing to negotiate with you. Danette, the interior design consultant who helped me, did a great job with helping me find the perfect living room and bedroom sets; while I could have gotten these things for probably a third of the price at Ikea, the quality of everything here is much much better and upon delivery, their«white glove service» puts everything together for you and sets it up just the way you want it. She also helped me negotiate with the manager to get a better price on a nightstand that I believed was overpriced. I was told that everything I ordered was in stock, and 4 of my 5 purchases came within a week of purchase… my dresser, however, was backordered and it took 5 weeks for it to come. I had to continue to call their customer service to get follow-up on when it would arrive, as I was getting tired of staring at my clothes sitting on the ground in my new apartment. The store has great selection for bedroom, dining, and living room sets. From what I was told, they usually sell their products to designer stores who then mark up the prices, so they’re able to offer wholesale prices here. See if there’s any room for negotiation if you don’t think a price is fair, but a majority of the time, it will be.

This place is a ripoff. I purchased a dining table which they claim is top of the line made in Germany but when the furniture was delivered, it had tags made in china. Googled the dining table and it was the same piece sold at Walmart. Called to speak to the manager several times. He would not return my calls. The sales people are higly deceptive. Beware of what you buy. This is what I consider bate and switch. Get every thing in writing including where the item is made. What you see is not what you get.

The quality of their furniture is pretty good, but the customer service is just awful. I recently purchased a $ 3000 sofa there and would expect for a purchase that size to be given accurate information. First off, the sales agent assured me that the color i wanted came in the fabric i wanted. Two weeks later, i am told this is incorrect and have to choose a new color or fabric. Then i am assured that the couch will take only two weeks to be delivered. A month and a half later i am still waiting. Then lastly, I ordered it with 6 pillow and it came with 3. FOUR phone calls and three weeks later i am still waiting to hear back from the right person about my pillows. They are a horribly managed company and the sales staff is rude and snooty to boot. I recommend finding another place to buy your furnishings.

Bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone! High pressure«used car» type sales people. The saleswoman Ruth hounded my husband and I to put dow na «completely refundable $ 100 deposit back in August on a couch we were interested in. Still trying to get back the deposit and looks like we will have to take them to small claims court. My advice is to stay away if you like to shop in peace and wwant to deal with a reputable business.

Where to start… in one word this place is HORRIBLE! Customer service was adequate in the store however, they delivered the wrong item to my home and I had to yell and scream and threaten them and so they agreed to redeliver the correct dining table the same day. They kept their word and delivered the item except… wait for it… it was completely damaged. They have no clue as to how to run a business and I am seriously amazed that they are still in business. At the end I returned the set and will NEVEREVER shop from them again! Waste of time and energy. Stay AWAY!!!
