We were there Saturday night. They were busy and we waited in the Bar with a bunch of children there. Yes, children. That’s no place for them. Some kids sitting at the bar. I was angry. The 2 or 3 female «Bartenders» were not at all friendly. When asked to wipe off our wet table, we got that«if looks could kill glare.» We frequent the Gravois Bluffs location and will never ever go to the South Lindbergh location. A few months ago they were out of draft BudLite. How the hell can you be out of BudLite in St Louis? The server was fine and the meal was a typically satisfactory meal. When I see unhappy employees it’s generally because of their supervisor. This trip was the last straw.

I would have given them 5 stars if the customer service wasn’t so poor. The food was decent for the most part. We ordered the chicken parm catering package for our work party and it’s supposed to come with ten chicken parms. We received 8 which would have been forgivable if the chicken wasn’t burned and if they had put the sauce and cheese on ALL the patties instead of half. However, the alfredo was good. I can’t speak for the spaghetti because I didn’t try it. The mini desserts were very good too. The main problem we had was we did request plates and silverware and such for the party but they didn’t provide any even though they said they would. When we called to order the catering, a girl answered the phone and told me to order online even after I told her it wasn’t letting us place the order and she said well, it should let you so that’s not my problem. I didn’t catch her name but she was very rude. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with how rude the staff were but the food wasn’t bad. So, 3 stars.

We had dinner here last night based in the fact we were given gift certificates… Otherwise, we probably would not of visited. St. Louis being the hub of so many great Italian restaurants one would think no need for a chain Italian restaurant… We to my surprise the food was excellent… Everything was fresh and the manager noticed my wife’s Samon was slightly over cooked… They automatically brought a new piece no questions asked… We will definitely return… Thanks for a great meal experience…

Ron at table 32 delivers amazing service. We had to ask for Ron because he gave is such great service last time we were here. It was very busy and he never missed a beat. The endless pasta bowl was perfect.

We stopped in on our way from Peoria, IL to Branson, MO. We wanted a quick place to get a decent bite of food. While it was a little more off the freeway than we had hoped, we did get fast service and we were back on our way in about 30 minutes! Make sure to google or gps for best directions instead of using the blue highway exit signs especially when exiting at Gravois.

We had dinner here a few days ago, the waitress was awesome, I would tell anyone I know to go here, great job guys! I hope my employee’s treat people this way when I am not in my store!

Saturday at noon. No wait! At about 1pm the waiting began. Decent sized lot but by 1 it was getting crowded. The service was good. I requested water before everyone arrived and they had no issue with that. Service was prompt. Took our order soon after sitting down. They offered refills on the salad. Got the soup and salad lunch and it was good. The chicken n. Gnocchi had more gnocchi than another OG that I have visited. Soup was served very hot too. The mints were given to us in a plastic kids cup, super cute! Everyone enjoyed their lunch.

When you go to a place called Olive Garden, you expect a classic, delicious, Italian meal and relaxing family dining experience. This is exactly what Olive Garden delivers. Not only do they meet this expectation, but they do it at an affordable and reasonable price. For these reasons, my family always comes back to enjoy a meal at Olive Garden. However, there is one department where Olive Garden fails to meet consumer expectations: OLIVES. For having a name like Olive Garden, one would expect to see some good quality kalamata olives somewhere on the menu. Instead, they have cheap, canned black olives. Of course, the cheaper olives allow them to afford their clientele an all you can eat salad, so I guess there is a trade off there. Still, if someone who happens to be an olive oil– olive tapenade– olive tasting connoisseur comes to the Olive Garden to satisfy their taste buds, they will be thoroughly disappointed. I think they should have at least one high quality olive dish on the appetizer menu. Maybe just a simple plate of marinated whole olives soaking in a flavorful oil. It’s just a suggestion, but I know my family would come back at least twice as often if they had this one option. I do believe I’m not alone in this opinion, and the more customers who provide feedback about the olives(or lack thereof) the more likely the menu is to improve!

Normally we have good service from this location but after placing a to go order and getting home to find my father’s chicken parm still half frozen I was a little aggrevated. what made matters worse is that after placing a call to the restaurant I was told the manager would have to call me back. The manager called me back after a hour and a half. If I had been sitting in the restaurant and asked to see the manager I’m sure it wouldn’t have taken that long for them to respond. That just proved to me that their to go service does not get the same level of quality as the sit down service gets.

Ate lunch here with some friends I haven’t seen in a long time and had a nice meal. I like that they have gluten free pasta although with some locations it’s hit or miss if they can prepare it correctly. This one got it right. My rotini with shrimp was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed it. My friends all enjoyed their meals as well, which added to a great visit filled with love and lots of laughter.

I felt the olive garden did a great job during my visit! The staff was super accommodating and friendly. We got our food quick. Our party was huge and everyone was very gracious about us being there. Great job OG! I had the seafood papardelle and it was pretty good. They were out of clams but came back to the table to ask if I wanted more shrimp or scallops. Was impressed! Took off one star because server forgot some non-essential stuff like lemon in water, also didn’t ask if we wanted another salad or soup. But that’s ok, and it was quick.

We go to Olive Garden on a semi regular basis. I personally feel the quality has gone down as well as the service. This past weekend my husband got the steak and ordered it medium and it came out well done and dry. When he slathers A-One all over a steak there is a problem! Our waiter never asked us how our food was. I only ate a few bites of mine. It had a terrible taste. I had gotten the mozzarella chicken. It had way too much oil on the plate as did my husbands. The waiter again did not ask me if there was an issue. My brother got a chicken dish that came with risotto and the risotto was so bland. An Italian place should know how to cook risotto. I wish they would work on quality so we could start going more like we used to.

One year anniversary dinner at OG wasn’t that great, before I ordered, I asked the waiter about a dish and he told me it is chicken so I ordered it. I received my chicken with spaghetti aswell. I hate spaghetti! I wasn’t pleased and I am a very picky eater especially being pregnant! Note to self do not order the chicken scampi unless you like raw spag. My husband on the other hand loved his meal! He got the baked tilapia with shrimp! 10⁄10 from him on the food! The service was okay. Our waiter kept on disappearing. And when we were ready to order, it took about 10 for him to come. The manager did come over and take my dish off the bill, which was nice. Overall I would rate them 3⁄10!!! ****THEMINTSAREGREATTHOUGH****

My husband and I received gift cards here. I’m glad we didn’t come on our own. Not good at all. The salad was out if a bag. My baked zit I was one layer of noodles, enough for a five year old. My husband got the chicken marsala. You could tell this was not home made either. Service was ok. Not going back.

We went here recently to celebrate a family birthday. Since we had a large group of twelve, we arrived early on a Friday night and were lucky enough to be seated right away. When we left, however, the lobby was absolutely packed with people waiting for tables. Our server did a wonderful job taking care of our large party. The courses flowed at a steady pace and drinks were never empty. We started with several baskets of their breadsticks and a few bowls of salad. The breadsticks were tough… like they had prepared an endless supply kept in warmers way too long in anticipation of the big weekend crowd. Oh well, it kept me from carbing out because I only ate one. It may have been a dangerous situation for me had they tasted fresh. At least the salads were good. The table ordered a variety of entrees, and everyone seemed pleased with their choices. I decided to try out one of their lighter fare entrees: a lasagna primavera roll filled with veggies and ricotta cheese then topped with chunky marinara sauce and grilled chicken. All the items on this light menu are 575 calories or under and there are actually some decent options. My husband enjoyed half of his five cheese ziti entrée and had the other half wrapped to go. Unfortunately, this meal made him quite ill before we even reached home. :(His leftovers went straight in the trash. Thank goodness he didn’t eat any more at the restaurant than the small amount that made him sick. Note to self: DONOTORDERTHISDISH. EVER.

Ok, I admit it: I like Olive Garden. I’m normally an «eat local» girl, but I’m down with OG! First, their salad and breadsticks. They just just GOOD. I really like their 4 cheese ziti al forno. Cheesy deliciousness. Always enough to bring home a to go box after eating salad and breadsticks. Their drinks are pretty good too. I’ve had several, both alcoholic and non, and they always are good. Service is always good at this location. We just want and our waiter got stuck helping a table of around 20 people, and he sent someone else to take care of us — no lapse in service. He apologized to us but it was impressive that he managed to get us taken care of despite being tied up. Oh, and who doesn’t love those mints they bring when you pay? Seriously.

I don’t know where to start, well, I have been to this location where service has been very bad, and then been here Like today… it was very good. So hit or miss. It depends on the day I guess. But our waiter was amazing today. he had so many tables but was doing a great job. I will say Its not like you can even enjoy your meal with 2 screaming toddlers in Olive Garden with you! Oh it was horrible. When did people start bringing babies to Olive Garden? Non stop screaming/crying does not make a happy experience here. I know its not to reflect on the restaurant at all. But, that was what we got today. Intolerable! It almost makes me hesitate to come back again. Everybody just acts like kids aren’t screaming bloody murder? The food was amazing angel hair pasta with 5 cheese sauce and it was the never-ending pasta bowl. Quite a lot of food but delicious. I did add an amazing picture of my lunch.
