This place was great when they first opened. Quick and good food. The last couple months they have been going downhill. If I order online and come at the pick up time they haven’t even started the order and have to wait another 20 – 30 minutes. The employees are always giving attitude, act like its an inconvenience that you are there and don’t greet you at all when you walk in. And multiple times the food has just been plain not been good. They give the wrong amount of wings, they’re overcooked, barely any sauce, etc. I think ill be avoiding this location which stinks because it was closer to our house then the others and we visit a couple times a month!

I went a month or two after they opened with my boyfriend. It was not very busy so we ordered right away and our food came out within 10 minutes. We ordered 10 boneless wings and fries to split. I cut open my first piece and thank god I looked at it before eating it because THEYSERVEDMERAWCHICKEN! I couldn’t believe it! I cut open my other 3 pieces and what do you know– ALLRAW! My boyfriends pieces were cooked which doesn’t make much sense. I took my plate to the front where we ordered and the manager apologized a few times and remade our entire order. She also gave us two gift cards to return. There’s no way I would ever go back there. Absolutely disgusting. I also contacted corporate and explained what happened and they never got back to me. Terrible customer service to say the least. Do not eat here if you’re looking to get salmonella or food poisoning.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is awful! First of all, I attempted to place An order for pickup, but the employee hung up twice after placing me on a «brief» hold. I went inside and was«greeted» with«what’s your name?» No «hi, how are you? How can I help you?» I am a manager in customer service so it’s very upsetting to see people in the same industry not treating customers the way they should be treated. I came in tonight around 645. I ordered two combos– for the person I was with and myself, but this took 40 minutes to cook 15 wings w/fries. When my name was finally called, I noticed I am missing half the order! The employee had the nerve to tell me it’s my fault and I didn’t specify what I wanted when ITCLEARLYSTATESMYORDERCORRECTONTHERECEIPT I AMWAVINGINYOURFACENOW. You’re telling me it costs 25.00 for 8 wings? No, so give me the rest of my order. Another 15 minutes goes by as I’m waiting for the second half of my food while the first order I received is getting cold. We took the food to go, but once we get home, the second order is still wrong! Entire order of food was cold and hardly had any flavor due to lack of sauce. I understand being understaffed as I stated I am a manager of a few retail salons and know the pressure of being busy, but treat your PAYING customers correctly. A simple apology and correcting my order would have helped alter my review on this location, but after calling to speak with a manager when I got home to be told«THEFOODISHOTANDYOURORDERISCORRECT» from a «manager» when it clearly wasn’t(read previous reviews-obv. I’m not the only one) is just awful management. This location lacks everything needed in order to run a successful business. Do your self a favor and drive to the location on lake street in the Hanover park/Roselle area, SO much better!

I’ve been sitting here waiting for about 20 minutes now. Nothing but chaos & a lack on management. There’s two employees who I feel bad for, seems like they just started this week and are getting yelled at by their manager. Lack of leadership skills. I’m going to have to say stay clear of this location, at least until there’s a complete staff change or better/longer training time.

I have been to the Wing Stop in Carol Stream and Roselle before and loved it. This was the first time at this new location. Stopped in at 5:00 pm with one person in front of me. Ordered 6 wings and fries. The cashier told me it would be about 9 – 10 minutes. At 5:24 my wings were finally ready. Definitely not worth the wait. The worst wings I have ever had. Basically overcooked and hardly any sauce — basically if I had not purchased an extra cup of sauce for $ 0.89 there would have been no sauce at all on them. And on top of it the wings are probably the smallest I have ever seen. I will never go to this location again.

You can’t beat the prices or the flavor of the food. However, if you order on line for pick up — do NOT trust the time frame. I got to the location to pick up our order at the designated time, but had to wait almost 30 additional minutes!

Oh where to begin… Horrible service. extremely rude lady at the counter… asked for a cup for water and she charged me $ 1.99…asked where the garbage can was and she said«we don’t have one»…asked for napkins and«they didn’t have napkins» …it’s a shame… def regretting going there and spending money

Waited 20 minutes for 4 tenders and fries. People who got there after me received their orders before me. Made no sense. My colleagues were waiting for me at Chipotle and they were done eating by the time I GOT my food from here. The service was a joke and food was not even close to worth the wait.

Worst experiance ever. I am contacting managment tomorrow. And thank you to. the people who stood up and took their money back. I was last didnt bother just walked out. No gloves on hands, attitude, food was not prepared like ot should be. I am never eating there again. Please, if you are the manager contact me via Unilocal.I would like my money back, i hope tomorrow i dont have stomah issues. Came in here for the first time and it was a great experience. Kids ate the tenders and loved them. We had the boneless wings and they were huge. Several sauces too choose from. The staff was very friendly and even offered a few extra sauces to try on the side.

you can’t ask for much more from wings! The boneless are my favorite! So juicy, crisp breading and delish sauces to choose from! The cajun and Louisiana rub are my favorite… soooo good. The staff was super friendly and service was prompt, will definitely be going back and soon!

This is a new wing stop location in Addison near Walmart. The interior is open, clean, and has plenty of seating and large tvs. The place is actually spotless(probably because it’s so new). Stopped in around noon for lunch and was the only person there. I ordered Parmesan garlic wings and Serrano wings with a side of baked beans and potato salad. The wings were good and what you would expect from any wing stop location. The sides were pretty bad. The potatoes were basically raw and the beans had this distinctive bourbon/chemical taste. Not sure if I would come back. If I do I’ll stick with wings and fries only.

I have gone to Wingstop at other locations for many years. This was the worst experience I have had. I am very familiar with what the taste and consistency of their sauces should be, so you can imagine my surprise when I requested a 20 piece, boneless, hot and got a batch of grease-laden disgustingness. I have attached a picture of the grease(I removed the wings and literally patted them down with paper towel, they were so saturated) to prove my point. The sauce was flavorless and awful. The wings themselves appeared to have been incorrectly prepared as well, having a color so bright in redness it matched nothing I had previously seen from Wingstop or any other wing joint. To make matters worse, Im guessing the gentleman in the back that prepared them is the owner. If the owner doesn’t know how to properly prepare his own food, what are the odds his staff is going to be able to? I love wings and was excited for this location to open but I would avoid them at all costs.
