Never. Again.
Went in looking for some basic twin mattresses. The sales guy had us try a few different types of mattresses to see what we liked. Fair enough. But when I tell you that I want something basic and cheaper — and that I do NOT want to spend $ 1,000 on a TWIN mattress — and you tell you me that you don’t want me to worry about the price and that I can’t put a price on my health — sorry, dude, you have totally just lost any chance you had at getting me to buy anything from your store.
Sales staff, take note. I know you want your commission, and believe me, you made that completely obvious here. But meet your customer halfway when they know what they are looking for. I know you had cheaper mattresses available because I am not blind and could see what was on the other side of the store. You essentially ignored my request to look at something cheaper multiple times and it is quite frankly insulting.
I will never, EVER, step foot inside this store again.

In 2010, my husband didn’t want to lug a mattress and went there to buy one. They are great on sales and delivery, but he purchase the Haynes Plush King set for $ 1,400.00 and the mattress and box springs are CRAP! I can’t move the «thing» as it folds into a pile of mush. We’ve had it three years and since the first year it has folded over on the top plush part. Their satisfaction guarantee meant paying an arbitrator more money. We purchased a second one at E. Lake in Bloomingdale (a month after first purchase) and the first year it sunk in the middle (my son weighs 160 lbs.). That was a $ 500 Rising Star set. Save yourself the trouble, go to Sams and buy a set. You may have to move it yourself, but we’ve had our other king for 15 years without a problem and everyone that slept on it loved it.
