Absolutely beautiful hotel. I highly recommend staying here whenever visiting Abilene. Complimentary breakfast 7 days a week. Happy hour every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 pm. David and all the other staff are here to assist you in all of your traveling needs.

Fantastic hotel with a great staff to match. Housekeeping comes in and when they leave its immaculate. I enjoy the helpful front desk and great breakfast.

Very clean, with all the amenities you’d expect and more. Most of all, the friendliest desk personnel you could hope for. Not the experience we’re used to when checking into hotels. Very impressed.

What an incredibly nice staff! The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful and when we got to the room and the TV remote didn’t work Emily was amazing and went out of her way to help us get situated. We love the room, but we love the staff more!!!

More than a little disappointed with this place, I mean is it really that hard to remove the dirty wet towels left by the previous guest. Won’t make this mistake again!

Very nice Residence Inn, in a very convenient location. Nicely laid out in a hotel suite type format instead of individual units. Be sure to stop here on your way through Abilene.

I was very impressed with this hotel. At first I didn’t know what to expect due to the slim pickings of hotels in the area. I booked through Priceline at a great price. The room had its own full size fridge and eating area, couch and a huge bed. All for under $ 100z The stay was nice and relaxing. The staff was very courteous at check in. The hotel was very well kept. Rooms were clean and service was great!

Terrible service.
The woman who checked us in was undertrained. We wished to split our bill between two credit cards and she had no idea how to do so. After waiting while she stabbed at buttons on the computer, I convinced her to call someone for help.
The next morning we discovered that while our credit cards HAD both been charged, the entire bill had been recorded in their system on only one card – both cards charged on our end, only one card credited in their system.
No problem, I asked the desk clerk (a different person from the night before) to refund the difference to the second card. She couldn’t figure out how to. I asked that the manager call us (he still wasn’t in at 9:30 AM). He didn’t.
Accidents happen. We completely understand that. Failing to follow up with us and make it right is not okay however.

Great room and great customer service; can’t ask for anything better. Great location too. You cannot go wrong in booking a room here and you won’t get disappointed.

My son was booked here through his company and informed the desk that he found bed bugs in Rm 430. They said they had nothing available to move him to, and would move him the next day. They said again they had nothing, yet showed 3 rooms online and told me they had 3 rooms available when I called to ask. He then went to the desk and asked and they insisted online was wrong. He called corporate and THEY made sure he got a new room IMMEDIATELY. Sad how 3 staff members refused to move him and insisted on keeping him in an unclean infested room. Marriott is better than that, which is why he called US Customer Service. As for this location… POOREST OF SERVICE and VERY DISHONEST.

I chose this hotel based on other reviews being so wonderful. I was there for five nights for my Master’s program residency at Abilene Christian University. The school is five minutes away. The shuttle service was outstanding, always there when I needed them. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner FREE every day and night is fantastic! The staff was VERY friendly. The only reason I cannot give this hotel 5 is because my bed was a little soft for my liking. The full kitchen, tons of cable channels and the thermostat in my room to keep it cool were all fantastic! They do also allow pets! I will be coming back for my graduation in December and will certainly stay here again.
