Small but cozy restaurant with good tapas and wine. The food was almost entirely cooked, so I would’ve probably loved it more with fresher and saltier tapas. But very amiable

This is going to be one of my shorter reviews. Simply put, the food is awful. This is were food go to die. Every single dish is overcooked, sweet enough to be a dessert, and I swear the micro wave is more active than the chef — if the food didn’t dump pre-made from packaging and directly onto our plates. It’s next to Mikklers and always terribly empty(I guess we should have known better). But we went in, sat down, ordered the 10 tapas menu. The first challenge was to order the wine — first we ordered a red that was sold out. Then we ordered a cava rosé that was sold out. Then we ordered another red that was sold out. And at that point, we just asked what he had available — and was served an OK cava. The dishes were a humiliating mix of sweet but yet bland meatballs, overcooked and poor-quality shrimps, booooring and crunchless croquettes, dry chicken in some greasy sweet sauce, mushrooms with parsley(actually ok), soggy potatoes, canned artichokes, and a few other dishes that I’ve managed to block out, all served up with day-old bread. I’d wish I could give 0 stars.
