Started with a borderline rude waiter, then she never check back on me or my food for over 35 min and food made it at the 43 min mark after I order. By that time I was already up from my table and looking for the manager. Manager was very polite and address my situation offering a free meal for another day, which would be the only reason I would give this place a chance since it wasn’t even full of people to justify 43 min to serve a ONE PERSON table, we’ll see how it goes next time, I’ll time it

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The waitresses all put up with my «extra mashed potatoes and extra buns please» and they are all very polite. I love Swiss chalet ! the price is pretty good too.

Good place except when they get a little busy food takes quite awhile to come out! And by quite awhile 40 minutes plus.
Other than that pretty standard Swiss location.
