Boston Pizza Woodstock

3.5 stars, if only I could. That was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time! Tasty and juicy, and it wasn’t over the top with unsual toppings.
The butter chicken pasta I sampled was a bit spicier than I’m able to handle. One spice in particular, perhaps the curry, unfortunately overwhelmed the rest of the dish.
Half a star taken off tonight because of the slow service. They were friendly enough, but it was the small things that chipoed away at extra stars for so late in the evening. We were a large group, but didn’t get there until 8:00pm. There wasn’t enough cutlery laid out for everyone, and none was brought out for the one person who asked for some. It’s not so bad for pizza which you can eat with your fingers; salad and pasta are a little more challenging.

I wrote a review for this place the first time I went, but I have to change it.
Don’t get me wrong — the food here is GREAT but it’s way overpriced.
My fiancé and I started coming here for half price apps after 9pm on Sunday’s to watch football this season. Our third time there we got the same menu we always do and we ordered and ate. When we got the bill it was outrageous for what they call their «Appy Hour». The wings (sampler size — tiny wings) were almost $ 9 and potato skins were almost $ 10. It just didn’t add up — that’s expensive for regular price! So I asked my waiter and he seemed confused. Then someone (I assume the manager) came over and informed us that the prices had changed and he hadn’t told literally the only guy working in the bar that night. Then he said he would give me a discount, but it was a random discount and I’m almost 100% sure it wasn’t even close to what I would have paid if I paid the old prices.
The service, I might add, isn’t great. The server we normally get is really slow and will walk past you 5 times while you’re waiting to order. He doesn’t even usually stop when you make eye contact. I get he’s busy but at 9pm there aren’t a lot of people around.
So not only did they not update their menus or inform their staff of changes, but their «Appy Hour» is ridiculously priced and not worth it at all.
I’m disappointed because I enjoy the food here, but I won’t be going back.
