Lunch with mom… love their strawberry dacaqri. We got the chicken parm and tuscan club… really good.

It only gets two stars because the cooks did a good job on the food and the toilets were clean.
The service was TERRIBLE.
Never come back to this location. It took too long to seat us, the restaurant was only 25−30% full on a Saturday night. Then when we were finally seated (all three of us.) we ordered our drinks (2 waters, 1 diet coke). After ten minutes no drinks came. We almost flagged down a waitress when it finally came and my drink was a Coke and not a Diet Coke (yes it matters to me). I asked if it was a diet coke to which she responded ‘I can get you a Diet Coke’. Andrea (our servers name), if I am asking then it is what I ordered. Apologize and correct it immediately, don’t play dumb. Then I said forget it, please bring a water instead (after ten minutes of waiting I changed my mind! Not a crime). Another few minutes and my water came, with a sulky attitude. You could at least pass it to my end of the table.
Moving on…
Food didn’t take TOO long to get to the table. Waitress forgot to bring my bf’s beer, he had to remind her. Which is insane because he might have finished and ordered another– losing on order size and alcohol sales (and that tip size.) $$
By the end we were too tired to ask for the manager to give a tip JUST to the kitchen and not to the servers.
I don’t know if they’re green or just have bad attitude… But I’m not going to be back here.

This place is awesome. Met some friends here for dinner wish they had these in the states.

East sides is awesome! Cheese Capaletti is to die for!!! The service on the bar side is awesome, very friendly and readily available! Even when it is super busy it doesn’t take long to get a table in here! The garden salad is delish! With yummy Italian dressing and croutons! The bread here is also served with your meal and is so much better tasting than say an Olive Garden! The garlic isn’t over powering the bread. My only disappointment was no dill pickles period and I had wanted one for my Caesar !:(
Without the pickle the Caesar was still top notch and remains my fav!

We stopped here for lunch while passing through Canada and were glad to find that they have a pretty decent gluten free menu (including gf pasta). The food was good and salads fresh, but most impressive here is the great service. It’s definitely a bit more pricey than stopping at the nearby fast food spots, but well with it.

A very pleasant meal and experience at this location. We were greeted with a kind courteous staff, served in a timely manner and all our meals were delish. I ordered a chicken and bacon pizza which was great tasting and very filling. Their standard salad, soup and bread were also very good. My sister’s meal was prepared wrong and once it was brought to their attention, the staff quickly rectified it within minutes. I highly recommend this location.

NOT so great. We are used to East Sides on Wellington st. in London, and this one does not come up to the standards there. Garden? Salad was mostly romaine lettuce with little or no dressing. Spaghetti sauce was thin and watery. Spit roasted chicken was not available.
