Bulk Barn Foods

I do love the Bulk Barn chain! This particular outlet is offering everything — I mean absoutely EVERYthing! — for sale at half price off until sunday February 3! The reason being that they will shut their doors for about 5 weeks, come Monday February 4, to do some renovations. They are planning to expand this location, taking over 30% of the unit next door. I found this out from the owner himself as he served me at the cash, saying that they’re not selling off their goods in order to have the shop change hands («I hope not!» he said, «I’m the owner!») He is planning also to gut the existing shop and rebuild to fit the expansion.
It will be interesting to see what they make of this place when they reopen mid-​April, as every Bulk Barn I’ve ever shopped in so far has pretty much looked the same as what this shop looks like now. Good luck, and see you in 6 weeks!
