Shop is nice, with some nice eliquids but customer service wise was terrible. When I first went inside the store, I see possibly 3 workers, don’t know who exactly were the employees. They were just vaping away and just having a conversation. Never have I ever went into a vape store and never got acknowledged or even a friendly hi from them.
While I was trying out maybe 20 — 30 different kinds of eliquids, they still never bothered asking if I needed help. What’s worse then not acknowledging possible customers was their conversation out loud as if no one else was in the room.
Employees, you guys have decent eliquids and a nice store, but your customer service skills needs to be worked on.

Very clean and high-​end looking place
The décor is definitely outstanding
They have a wide variety of vapes and juices.
For sure my go to vape store for everything, this is the first place i check when i crave for a new vape or juice

Never had I ever felt so offended in a shop before entering this one. Im the type of guy who knows what I like and I buy towards it. I walked in looking to buy a pack of coils for my nautilus mini. I found myself fighting against being upsold. They were practically trying to force me to buy a whole new device and tank by telling me my equipment was out of date. It would have been fine had they been trying to sell me practical stuff, but trying to have me buy equipment valued at $ 200? And then on top of that they insulted what I had. This is blatantly poor customer service. I will certainly be looking for a new vendor now.

Came here looking for some new oils and ended up getting a little carried away and spending more than I should’ve (75wattage box mod + Silo Beast tank atomizer) Kevin was very helpful I did not get the name of the other two employees but they would always jump in to see if I got helped out as it was very busy when I came in, I would come back if it wasn’t so far away from home but if I was ever in the area I would drop by
The store itself was very clean and everything was in placed as if they had their own interior designer, I’ve been to many vape stores in the GTA and Spyder Vapes has to be in my top 5.
Kudos to the staff and I hope they do well.
My only complaint was I felt like their juice section was a little lacking in some local favorites, they seem to carry alot of juice from the states and usually the stuff from the U. S is a little pricier
