Without question, the worst auto parts store in the city. The store manager is never in on time, when he shows up at all. Inventory is a sham with empty shelves all around and almost no current, useful parts in stock. Extremely poor organization, parts ordered and paid for are often misplaced and customers are rarely called to notify them when their parts show up. Extremely young and inexperienced staff with incredible turnover. Senior staff does nothing to support them or teach them, instead preferring to wander around aimlessly and looking busy. Expect to be stuck on hold endlessly when attempting to call as the hold button is the only thing that seems to work in this store!
