Never got to eat there. Evidently, they don’t take reservations and will only put you in the queue for waiting if 75% of your party is there at the restaurant. Once we were at 75%(within 5 minutes of first arriving) we were told it would be at least a 1 hour wait. Decided to go to Perkins nearby and were seated almost immediately and had a wonderful server(Carrie) and exceptional food. Ended up being glad that Olive Garden at this location would not accommodate us. The Olive Garden at Reenders is actually quite good, so I was quite disappointed with the one at this location. Don’t plan to ever try going back to this location.

Defanitely not very Italian, food was extremely bland, expensive for the portion we received, basically come for the bread sticks. Service was fine not the food.

One word: service. It was awkward, it was over bearing, it was persistent and demanding and all the other adjectives for irritating and annoying there are. the hostesses were very friendly. We had to wait a few minutes but did not feel annoyed. Our waitress however was soooo overbearing. She did a good job explaining the menu but then would not give us time to lookit over. We kept asking for a few minutes and she would be back(no joke) within one minute. All three of us had the menus up to our faces reading and she asked if we were ready, nope not yet a few minutes please. A minute later, we look the same and she appears asking if we are ready. This happened at least 4 times!!! One of us knew what she wanted and the waitress insisted she place her order, making us feel really rushed. Basically we thought she wanted us to gtfo. After 15 minutes we were ready and ordered. The food wasn’t memorable. Meh olive garden food. Pasta that was in one clump, hard breadsticks, the usual. Again, the waitress checked on us every 2 minutes making it hard to have conversations over our rubber pasta When we were paying we were discussing plans for a Hannakuh celebration and the waitress noted«I’m Christian so I celebrate something called Christmas». We still have a laugh about that one. She also divulged too much info about her personal life without us asking. never returning and never recommending.

Ok just had a fabulous drink there last night. Sangarita it’s perfect! My two favorite drinks combined to one amazing bevy! As for the rest the salad and breadsticks are awesome, the food is only ok. But hey I usually only go for the drinks, salad and bread, then giveaway my leftovers(full dish — a few nibbles)

Really REALLY expensive compared to the states! Not spectacular. Always had bad service. Once had to complain to the manager about it. It’s meh. And their new logo is so ugly. Looks like something I would see in a food court.

The food was pretty good for a chain. We had some issues with one meal, and we were very pleased that the manager came to talk to us and gave us a $ 50 gift card.

A good basic soup and salad lunch. The soups were hot and tasty. The salad was fine. Nothing special but tasty and crispy greens Fortunately the bread sticks were not that great. I say that ecauswhen they are fresh and hot I eat way too many. Not today though. A little stale Service was friendly and efficient
