order your drinks in the lounge before movie
Good God — VIP not yet — not even close — had to ask 3 different people where our order was. Wine arrived 5 minutes into the movie and my coffee came without a stir stick and the buttered popcorn without napkins
Couple that with the noise from the lobby bar because the door did not close properly
Very dissapointed
