Ok… simply put.. A huge mound of fries, a pile of great pulled pork, gravy, curds, and peas… The guy serving me was even wearing a Nordiques hat! Does it get more authentic?
The only thing that would take this to the next level is to use big cut fries instead of the scrawny ones they use. make it count!
L’authentique will still be one of my choice poutines in Victoria, I almost felt like I was back in Gatineau!
