I thought this location had closed, and I wasn’t surprised. But my friend told me they’d just been renovating so we went for some grub. We chose to eat an X-​LG pizza and boneless wings in the seating area. With enough food for a family, it’s no surprise we got thirsty. But when I asked for two cups of water, we were told they «don’t supply cups.» Two water bottles would cost another $ 4.20. We just paid over $ 25, we’re dining in an empty take-​away restaurant, and this location has a policy against handing out free water. Fifteen of the eighteen seats are empty at 6pm, but they don’t supply cups for water, and charge $ 2 a bottle.
It’s no wonder Pizza Hut Canada has lost its footing. To regain your market share, forget about your ad campaign — get your customer service in order. Time to renovate again, and this time re-​open with cups.

It’s Pizza Hut. I am not really expecting mind blowing pizza, but I don’t really expect completely burnt pizza. We have ordered twice from this place and both times our pizza arrived burnt. If you are considering ordering from here, I would advise pick another restaurant. It isn’t worth your $ 10.
