Domino’s Pizza

I always order here, the delivery guys are always super nice and the pizza is great!

12÷14÷15 Stop #14: Stopped here after A&W to grab a pizza for the godson. OK, time to head home.
I don’t eat DP. But he seemed to enjoy it.

After picking up some family from the airport later in the evening who were visiting, we decided to grab a quick bite from this place as it was on the way home.
We arrived there, noticed the lights were somewhat dim, but the door was ajar. We noticed a group of people standing around talking inside, and got their attention and one came over. As we started to state that we wanted to order a pizza, he abruptly and rudely cut us off, saying «No». We asked why, he went on to say «You have to go home, and call in using your home phone, give us your address, and then we will deliver it to you». We found this to be ridiculous, as we had cash in-​hand, use cellphones as our «home phone», and had no intention of eating it at home. We proposed a couple of «solutions».
(a) We verbally tell you our order, pay you cash, and you deliver it to us in our car (literally 10 ft away)
(b) We go and sit in our car, call you using our cellphone, and you «deliver» it to us, and we pay you
© We call you (while still in the parking lot), give you our address, and place the order (for this one, he basically stated wouldn’t accept the order if he could still see us)
There were a couple more, but all of which were rejected. We found the whole thing to be ridiculous, so we went to Fresh Slice instead.

Decided I’d order from Domino’s due to their current specials. Received my pizza and after getting home noticed that my pizza was not only burnt but that it was completely missing SAUCE. Called in and asked about it and i was told that is what i ordered… uum no! Primary component in pizza sauce.
I spoke to someone, forget his name, and they agreed to remake the pizza for no cost. Drove back to the location 10 minutes later to pickup my pizza and everything looked ok.
After eating about 4 slices i noticed something poking out from one slice of pizza and PULLED OUT A 4 – 7 INCH BROWN HAIR OUT OF MY PIZZA. IT WAS BAKED INTO THE CHEESE.
If possible i would have give) or negative stars! This location is unsanitary and I don not recommend anyone eat here!!!

Super disappointed with this place. There was like no cheese on the «any topping pizza», and they refused to let me pay for the extra cheese I knew it was going to need (I was told it was against company policy)… WTF?
I normally go to another Domino’s and never had a problem ordering what i want…
Oh, and one time I called and the guy on the phone was a real punk who obviously sounded as if he’d much rather be somewhere else (and wouldn’t we all), but sadly I don’t need your attitude.
This place sucks, sorry. Think about better employes and focusing on what customers want rather than your bottom line and you might start to turn a real profit.

We always pick up from this location!
This location is located in a mini mall with a tiny parking lot off West 49^th, easier to park on the street and walk in.
We like the Thin Crusts Pizza here, always meaty and saucy and the crust is always crispy.

Great consistent pizza. We usually order during the day and the lunch staff is VERY quick! Batu could possibly be the best driver in the entire world.
