Great service and they stand behind their product. Just took in a leather briefcase that was purchased in 2008 but had a broken strap, and they were happy to send it out for repair at no cost. They couldn’t even find it on my account (was a gift) but took care of it anyway.
They have an excellent Manager here (I think he’s Manager) in James Woods. I had bought a bunch of stuff from him at Harry’s years back, and he made the painful process of shopping much, much easier. Harry’s promoted him to the Zegna store, and when recently in, about 4 years after last seeing him, he remembered my name. So, I’d ask for him at Zegna if you want some 1st class help.

I purchased my tuxedo from here for my wedding. Initially, I didn’t want to spend such a significant amount of money on this, but since I’ll only get married once, I decided in the end to try my best to look good.
I worked with Heather, one of the clothing specialists there, and she was definitely one of the reasons I made the decision to purchase this. Customer relations and rapport development is a critical piece of an overall experience for me, and she was top notch. She helped me with piecing together my purchase, and in helping me look my best for my big day. Her care, thoughtfulness, and eagerness to help was what drew me to this particular store over others.

Nice stuff in here, but pricey. I do have some some Zegna and it is really, really nice. A real difference in the tailoring and the fabric used. I tossed out my cheapy Boy’s Co velvet jacket for a Zegna instead. What a diff!
This store is a sister store of Harry Rosen across the way. I know this because I see that they borrow staff sometimes. Some of the guys at Harry come over to work at this store.
What I do find is that the borrowed staff from Harry is a lot more friendly towards me than the regular staff. In fact, the regular staff almost appears stuck up. Not sure why that is.
