One time I had to get our unit’s gas fireplace repaired. Switched it off for about a summer and didn’t seem to work again after the winter season started.
Got a referral that Consumers was the one to go with. Called in and booked an appointment. They said they’d be able to give it a quick inspection and I can decide on the spot whether I’d like to go forward with it. Within a week’s time, he was there and ready to go.
Prompt service. Technician was professional, detail-​oriented and really made sure my fireplace was working properly. He tested it a couple of times and explained that I had to brush off the ashes once in a while so the gas fireplace wouldn’t get clogged up. But the repeat testing really demonstrated their professionalism.
Now it works perfectly. Great service! Would definitely recommend their services.
