I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever! They sold me a broken product and accused me of breaking it, therefore denying an exchange. Even after countless attempts for the store manager to fix the issue they never did.

As a candy shop, this place really misses the mark but as a key cutting shop… I have been meaning to get an extra set of keys cut for months now and somewhere between my hatred for Canadian Tired and procrastination I haven’t had a chance to get this task completed. While walking down Yonge street I noticed a «We cute keys» sign in the window and thought what the hell… For about $ 2, they odd old man behind the counter cut my keys while I tried to look for«Bonkers», a tasty childhood candy I used to eat. When my keys were ready I held on to the receipt because frankly even key cutting booths in the mall struggle to cut these things. To my surprise they keys worked. So they might fail miserably as a candy shop but it seems key cutting is oddly in their cards!

All I know is that I followed my friend on a mission, walking 14 km from the annex to downtown and going into every candy store we saw, looking for key-lime pie gum. We found it here. My very very sore feet were very very thankful.

This is a specialty candy store where you’ll find stuff you won’t find at a convenience store, but you’ll find it and more at almost any other specialty candy store. This one is unattractive, poorly organized, and the staff on duty was unhelpful and had negative charisma. Oh, and you have to walk past a cheque cashing service at the entrance to the store… on the INSIDE.

This Tutti Frutti really disappoints me. I am a diehard fan of their other location in the Annex on Bloor Street West. I’m not sure if they have the same owner but I think not. I noticed the candy at this Yonge/College location was more expensive and STALE. They didn’t have as good of a bulk selection either. At the other one, most of my favourite treats are $ 1.29 per 100 grams. At this location, only the shittiest candy was priced at $ 1.29 and lots of the other stuff was $ 1.99 or even higher. Boo-urns.
