The UPS Store

I’ve been a mailbox customer of this location for two years now and can honestly say that those that have problems with this location, are quite mistaken. In all the time I’ve been coming here, not once have I ever had bad attitude, lack of serviceor any other issues with any of the staff or services at this location.
I honestly believe that many people are far too sensitive these days and that sometimes, they need to realize what customer service is.

Fast services. Representative was busy multitasking and I was still in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I was ready to completely trash this store and give them 1 star. Their phone number goes unanswered 99% of the time you call and they don’t even have voicemail. So it just rings and rings and nothing happens.
The first time, 3 weeks ago, because of my frustration in getting ahold of the location I ended up just going on
and providing a new location for delivery to get my package and I didn’t even bother coming to the store. The next time, this week, I was determined to pick up the package without re-​routing, and simply wanted to confirm hours as one page online showed closing hours of 6pm where another showed 7pm. I called, and called, and called throughout various hours of the day because again, THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE VOICEMAIL TO TELL YOU THEIR HOURS!
Finally someone answered after MANY repeated attempts, and confirmed being open til 7pm. I made it to the location and the gentlemen working the counter was actually polite and friendly, so based on that I’ll give them back a star.
Now many days later, I’ve tried the last 2 days just to verify I wasn’t experiencing bad luck. Both days, no answer, no voicemail, no nothing. So good on the guy for being friendly because otherwise this place stinks of 1 star quality.

Reg, was very friendly, very helpful and had a great personality!
He was honest with me! He took time and explained everything to me!
This made me feel very comfortable about handing my package over to him to be processed and shipped through customs and back to the USA!
He explained customs to me and told me how long it would take and what I should expect!
The next time I’m in Canada and need to ship back to the USA, this is the place I’m coming!

Don’t expect any kind of service here! «We normally don’t do this» is what I was told for a corporate prepaid return shipment. Try the UPS Store at Bay & St Mary’s, they understand customer service!

Been to this location twice — same fella served me. He has an attitude problem, and gave yours truly an extremely hard time over my photo ID. Quite unreasonable over what is considered proper ID, despite having adequate photo, and proof of address.
This is for product I paid the shipping on!

Small, convenient UPS shipping center located in the heart of Toronto’s Church & Wellesley Village. The shop is your place to go for domestic and international shipments, copies, faxes, and other shipping/​business-​related needs. This location also serves as the local drop-​off place for UPS parcels for deliveries in this neighborhood that could not be delivered to a home or business address due to the recipient not being home or the business being closed.
