Did not like this place at all. I had a strawberry smoothie which tasted watered down. No flavour at all. Service was quick and friendly though.

I was happy to chance upon this little tea shop. It’s cool that they have a $ 2 milk tea all the time. That’s what my husband ordered.
I ordered the honey dew milk tea which was tasty, nothing special. The boba were less sweet than I like them, but good texture.
I wouldn’t go out of my way to place a bubble tea order, but I bet it’s cheap, fast and probably consistent.

This is my go-​to place for a nice quick order of bubble tea! It’s easy to access, surrounded by a variety of other awesome places. It somehow has a warmer vibe than a lot of chains.
I highly recommend trying out the variety of different flavours they have. If you happen to be in the Annex, go check it out!

Not sure why the reviews are so high, I dropped by a few times to get the cheap bubble tea specials but they weren’t good at all and so I never finished them. The tapioca in it isn’t even chewy which makes me wonder if it’s been sitting around for a long while.
Maybe their snacks are amazing. Guess I’ll go try that next time and maybe update my review.

I love this location so much, and the owner is the only one who makes this the bigger difference than other places!
The owner is one of the best owner of all bubble tea places I ever been to, and this is the best one ever.
Nothing beats this so far, and more social interactions as well.
And you get to make friends with the owner as well.

Always come here for a quick bite and to satisfy my bubble tea craving.
Bf and I love the takoyaki, takoyaki fries and also the chicken karage.
My go to bbt drink is the black milk tea with tapioca. I have tried the toast and the owner was super nice to do half condensed milk and half black sesame for me. Way better then gofortea’s toast imo.
Definitely will continue to go to satisfy our cravings.
