Amazing customer service. Easy going and helpful with product knowledge. I’ve been to almost all of the vape stores in the downtown core and I’ve made this one my go-​to place.

I went to this place looking for a specific box mod which they didn’t have in stock. While there I sampled some juices and the service there was top notch! A previous review mentioned that the staff was thinking outside the box and I can attest that they go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy a potential customer. I had the misfortune of completely burning my wick on accident earlier in the day and they did not hesitate, gave me some cotton and let me change the wick on my RDA so that I could sample the juices the best way possible! That kind of service not only made them a one-​to e sale, but there Issa strong chance that I come back whenever I’m in Toronto.

I called for a particular tank and they thought they had it and put it aside however upon arrival it wasn’t the one.
Upon explaining my issue, they found the replacement I needed and gave it to me for the lowest price ever!
Talk about thinking outside the box!

The staff is amazing and their customer service is awesome. She was very patient with me as I am so picky about the flavors I like. I lean towards creamy flavors. Bought a new ecig she recommended since she uses it also. Went back the next day and she gave me to try another juice they just got. Love this place.

While I have been to other shops, this is the shop I normally go to. Its because of the customer service, and great environment. They deal with newbies and veterans, all working towards the same goal: quitting smoking.
They will forever have my business because I love great customer service. There are other shops in the area, but with those other shops, I feel uncomfortable.

Great store in a great location in Toronto! Staff is super friendly and take their time to greet all customers. Personally I think their juice selection is the best as they sell mainly premium juices.

I was looking for a new vape store since my mod broke. I walked in and was greeted by Ashley. They didn’t have the mod in stock but gave me a EVOD to use until they did get them in. Awesome service! Also picked up a bottle of Moshi (Made in Toronto) — Roncevalles and it is delicious. I also like how you can try their flavours before making a purchase! I will definitely be going back!

They’ve moved to a bigger and better location at 166 Spadina! This will be way easier to get to than their previous location. I went to their second grand opening of the year yesterday with friends and was thoroughly impressed!
The new shop is much bigger, cleaner, and very well organized. Since last time, they’ve expanded their products and added new lines of e-​juices. I stayed a while and tried some of the new ones, which were really yummy. There’s one line behind the counter in all black bottles (I can’t remember the name) but they’re made in Canada and named after Toronto neighbourhoods. How cool! I’m a huge fan of supporting local and now you can even support Canadian business when you vape! Still not much of a smoker or vape enthusiast but I left with a little «e-​shish» stick… It looks like a coloured cigarette and is nicotine-​free. It totally caught my eye with the light-​up jewel end and was super affordable at $ 10 a piece. It’ll be great for going out at night or joining friends who smoke when I’m not a smoker myself.

I got to check the place out during their opening party.
There was a flavour bar where you could taste every flavour imaginable from rootbeer to apple to lychee and strawberry.
Also they had a variety of different types of e-​cigarrettes with various features etc.
The owner/​shop keeper was very knowledgeable and accommodating to everyone who came in checking the place out.
I definitely reccomend this place to anyone who wants to checkout vape/​e-​cig accessories, flavours and everything in between.
